Tiresome login
This app crashes when I navigate to events! It’s so annoying.
In addition, I dislike the fact that I have to login every time I use the app! This app should be updated to use biometric login or have the option to stay logged in!

Great start! Excited to see where this goes.
Not sure about all the crash reports. I’ve been using the app since it launched on my iPhone 6s and iPad and haven’t experienced any issues. Very excited to see where the app goes as new features are added.

Very Useful
The UFT app is very useful. I can browse CTLE course offerings and register. I can stay up-to-date on events and actions. More discounts are available as time goes on. Additionally, the borough offices, Welfare Fund, and other offices are there at the touch of a button. I haven't had a problem.

This app is very useful for accessing discount packages information and now you can order movie tickets through it, which is a awesome. I’ve share with my colleagues and we all use it. Can’t wait to see what else will be added.

Useless, unable to log in with this app
April 8, 2023 - Despite attempting to log in several times using the correct information after providing this data, nothing happened. I pressed the sign in section and nothing occurred. I’m not surprised by the low rating for this App. It is clearly deserved.

App doesn’t work on iPhone 12 Pro
Tried accessing my member Id and nothing happens. Deleted and downloaded app again but nope nothing. Just a blank screen. I tried logging into the website version but member ID isn’t located on their either
