Lots of functionality, poor execution
This app has all sorts of ways to track fitness. It can hook up to smart devices, take manual input, hook up to other fitness apps, the works. Unfortunately it does none of these well. Even entering basic workouts is prohibitively difficult. This app lacks proper input functionality. For example, I use an iPhone X, and while trying to input the amount of calories burned during an exercise, the app is unable read basic integer input (type in 450 get 4...). Pretty poor design.

Useless
We have to use this app for work to earn points toward a discount on our insurance. While it’s great at tracking everything, it has failed to give me ANY points, including the points for downloading the app. I have contacted support for this app twice and both times I just get an automatic reply that it will take up to 48 hours for a reply. After 96 hours there has still been no reply. (96 business hours!) This is a huge discount on insurance that I won’t get if they can’t get their act together! It’s happening to other employees as well. It’s frustrating!!!

This is great!
The updates made to this app have been very helpful for me. Being able to schedule a screening and complete the survey on my phone, at any time I want is incredibly convenient.
It’s easy to track my nutrition every day while I’m on the go and see my progress with my caloric goals over time.
The Touch ID is a great feature that makes the login experience hassle free.

Still has bugs
I guess iTunes lost my original review from early 2020. As of August 2020, it still doesn’t like to sync with my phone’s step-counter, and now, even when it does sync, the reward points don’t update for hours. I can’t say for sure that it’s ever not given me the points eventually , but since that’s probably a time-sensitive issue for most users (i.e. to get a minimum # of points per quarter), I’m not sure why that’s so hard to do.

Helpful when on the go!
I use the app through my company’s wellness program. I do not sit at a computer every day so that app has been extremely helpful when completing program requirements on the go. I can schedule my screening, complete my survey, and participate in the challenges they host!

Can’t log in
My employer just brought this company on board to pair with our health insurance after Walkadoo shut down but I think this one of the worst platforms ever. I created an account, and that was the last time I was able to login into it. I downloaded the app and this thing is a joke. I tried to reset my password and keeps on giving me an error. If they can’t even get the basics right how am I supposed to trust them with keeping track of my daily activities. This is pathetic.

MyHealtcheck360 has made keeping track of my health and wellness so much easier. With the new update, I have been able to do everything from the palm of my hand. The app keeps me on my toes and helps me to focus on my well-being each and every day.

Malfunction
Please fix this app!!!! When you enter items in the food log the top bar does not calculate correctly. The items I entered only used up half of the allowed daily calories but it calculated that I used all of my calories and more. It also did not subtract any calories if you worked out. The nutrition section at the bottom calculates the total calories correctly.

I really like how I can have my screening results right there without having to download anything! I can monitor my weight progress as well as my activity. Love it!
