This is largely an "under-the-hood" update. I've made a lot of improvements to how the app loads and saves data, so it should feel smoother and more responsive overall. This also means it will be much easier for me to add new features in the future.

Another major change is the modification to Online Backup. This feature has now been removed, and replaced with Cloud Sync. This allows you to not only keep your data backed up safely online, but also sync your data between multiple devices - an iPad and an iPhone, for example.

Some other minor changes:
- fixed a bug in the Exercise section for people exercising for more than an hour
- added inhaler to other Medication types

The next major version will add some new items for you to track (if you wish). I've been receiving plenty of requests, so I'll do my best to get as many of them as possible into the app in the near future.

Thanks for all the wonderful reviews in the App Store - please keep it up!

n2neee,
This is easy & comprehensive!
I like the reminders and ease of use as well as all the little buttons to track my day, medications, etc! I’ve been using this to help my therapist get a sense of my patterns. Thank you I hope you can make a function for the iwatch
Melissa.Marris,
Great but needs update
Hey! I love this app so much and it is so helpful in my depression management. Just wish it would have some updates soon, worried the developers are going to forget about it. Wish there was a better way to share with my therapist. The excel sheet doesn’t give the same visual. Other than that I take screenshots of the entries so she can see them with the symbol, rating, and description. And the graph would be super helpful to be able to share. Love this app. Thank you!!
Bill1954,
Very satisfied.
I’ve been keeping track of my moods for over a year and a half with this app, and it is very good at showing me what an “effed” up life I’ve been living!

My one suggestion would be to add a few more emoticons. I suffer from extremely deep depression, and something like a suicidal one would be a good addition. Maybe another one for lonely, and another one for unloved.
Pajamaphile,
Perfect mood tracking app for me
Tracks mood AND energy AND stress separately. Only thing I would add is meditation tracking, but I can add it as an exercise. I've tried quite a few mood tracking apps and this one is the most convenient.
Paul YDD,
Flexible, customizable
Wide range of options as to what aspects & activities you want to track. Many different options are built in; some of them can be customized; plus a free-text field is available.
Ske465,
Excellent for many uses
Works great for mood, meds, etc tracking. Lots of customization allowed. Can export everything to csv
Using it since 2015

Best mood app I’ve ever used
This app is incredible. I wish they had more face emojis to better depict emotions but I bet they’ll get there. Very easy to use.
RoseGryphon,
If you need to track moods and medication, well worth the price
First off, I have to say that I love this app. It's a fantastic way to keep track of my moods and what impact medications or situations have on me. If your therapist requires you to track your moods it's a wonderful tool, but it's not just good for mental health help. I have also used it to help me determine life choices. Is my job more trouble than it's worth? Does my relationship really make me happy anymore? Is a friend really just all drama and no fun? Keeping track of your mood can help you see situations more clearly and set aside feelings or guilt or obligation to face how you really feel about something and whether your health is being damaged by someone or something. That said, the only change I would request for this app is more situation-specific smilies. I would like to me able to name my emoticons to suit the mood I'm logging right now instead of permanently changing every entry with that emoticon (for example, when I pick the sleepy face, I would like to be able to put "peaceful" today and "exhausted" tomorrow instead of always having it labeled "sleepy, tired, restful" etc.). I am also extremely impressed by the continued development of this app. The minds behind it really mean it when they say that they are supporting and changing it. The functionality rapidly changes and improves. Thank you for listening to your customers and continually improving a product that is already great.
Gurganator,
Fantastic app!
Great for mood tracking. I've tried paper tracking, online tracking, and this is by far the easiest and most efficient. The app has a great interface but needs improvements here and there. When you enter a mood there is no "save" button which is not satisfying to me because I have to trust that the app captured it. Also the "mood" screen should be part of "logs" screen where enter your sleep, exercise, and stress level. These things are so interconnected that they should be together. The options after you do have something charted are awesome. The settings once your in the "graph" view allow you to turn things on and off within the graph. Super helpful when you are trying to gain several perspectives. Adding the stimulants was a stroke of genius but the way it us displayed in the history is terrible. Icons on the graph clutter the whole UI. Also why doesn't the who app utilize in-plane switching? The gyroscopes are in there for a reason. Plus it would allow for a extended view of the information I so desperately need. The icon for the app is just embarrassing. I have the thing in my home screen and I am embarrassed to open up my phone and have people see the cheesiness. But I guess I'll ignore that because the app is so dang useful. Can't wait to see further updates and developments. Overall the best way to track your moods and the best app I've seen for it. I use it several times a day!
Ghayth00,
Can't do without it.
This app really is a significant help in tracking meds and moods. It's easy and intuitive to use. I've been using it for several weeks and it's amazing how it motivates me to take care of myself. My doctor has been after me for years to track my moods and she was amazed when she saw I was actually doing it! Simple, quick to input data. I'd like to see a few more mood variations, because god knows I experience them all! Good job guys! Keep rockin!
UPDATE: I continue to use this app every day and it just keeps improving! The only thing that is useless to me is the export via .csv file. Raw data like that is useless to my doctor, so I just bring up the weekly/monthly charts and hand her my iPhone. Perhaps some other way to export the charts? PDF maybe. But honestly this is still the best mood tracker out there.
Update: been using this app every day for more than a year now. I like that it have enough choices so I can display just what I want on my chart. My doctor continues to like it that I track my moods (she loves you guys!). This app never crashes, can track lots of different things, and the developer is THE BEST at helping. The most important point with this app is it helps you stay stay aware of how you feel over time and how meds affect you. This app has become part of my treatment for my bipolar and I would never do without it!
