In this update a couple of improvements:
* Navigating the app is simplified, less need for pressing te save button.
* Log out is moved to settings.
* The Bluetooth connection of your heart rate sensor is saved. Measurements with other heart rate sensors in the vicinity is easier now.
* Sometime iOS has difficulty establishing bluetooth connections. When the app doesn’t connect immediately to your usual heart rate sensor, switch the bluetooth connection off and on again.
* When you start the MyPerfectCoach app in the morning it automatically selects the current date.

In this Update
Communication between coach and athlete is super important. We develop the MyPerfectCoach coach app so the coach has an immediate overview of the status of all his athletes.

Notification are sent as soon as a training changes or when your coach has a message for you. Tap the notification and you start the MyPerfectCoach app.
Reminders for the morning measurement of the evening evaluation. A notification appears at the time you want and start the MyPerfectCoach app easily.

Since the previous update it was possible to send training data to MyPerfectCoach. Now we mad a direct connection with STRAVA. Use your favorite training app (Garmi connect, Wahoo, Strava) and send the data to Strava. Make the connection between MyPerfectCoach and Strava and all training data will appear in MyPerfectCoach automatically. Entering training data has never been easier.

Update MyPerfectCoah App v3.3

In deze update:
- Vermogenzones: Je kunt nu trainingszones toevoegen gebaseerd op vermogen. Als je jouw maximum vermogen weet voor roeien of fietsen (Via de Wattbike bijvoorbeeld) dan kun je dat invoeren bij de voorkeuren (rechtsonder in het scherm). De trainingszones worden dan berekend volgens de regels beschreven in de laatste wetenschappelijke onderzoeken. Trainen op zowel vermogen als hartslag heeft de voorkeur boven trainen op alleen de hartslag omdat hartslagzones door bijvoorbeeld vermoeidheid, veranderingen in temperatuur en fitheid minder betrouwbaar kunnen zijn. De hartslag geeft aan wat er inwendig in het lichaam gebeurt, het vermogen geeft objectief aan wat er extern daadwerkelijk geleverd wordt.
Het doel van deze functionaliteit is dat je nu automatisch een trainingsrapportage ontvangt als je jouw hartslag- en vermogensbestanden opstuurt. Als je .tcx of .fit bestanden stuurt naar [email protected] ontvang je (en je coach) een rapport van deze training, deze wordt opgestuurd via mail en is beschikbaar via de app in de sectie over de training.

- Voedings Momenten: Mensen met een actieve voedingsmodule kunnen nu makkelijk zelf een extra voedingsmoment toevoegen naast de momenten die jouw diëtist al reeds voor je heeft gepland. Dit geeft meer flexibiliteit en betrouwbaarheid aan de data.

In this update:
- PowerZones: You can add trainingszones based on power. When you know your maximum power in cycling (via a Wattbike for instance) or rowing you can enter this in the settings panel (right bottom corner of the screen). Your training zones will be calculated. Based on scientific research it is possible to make a general division based on your maximum power for the training zones.
Training in both power zones and heart rate zones is recommended as an alternative for heart rate zones only. Due to fatigue, changes in temperature and level of fitness heart rate zones can be are less accurate. The heart rate shows whats happening internally in the body, while the power is an objective value for what’s is really delivered externally.
The propose of this functionality is to give you the possibility to get training reports automatically. If you send sent heart rate and power data in .tcx of .fit format to [email protected] you (and your coach) will get a report via mail and in the app as a link in the training section.

- Nutrition Moments: For people with an active nutrition account. You can add extra nutrition moments yourself besides the moments your dietitian planned for you. This gives more flexibility and reliability of the data.

- Het is nu mogelijk om de hartslagzones in te voeren. Dit is nodig voor de trainingsrapportages. Als je .FIT files naar [email protected] stuurt dan dan ontvang je een trainingsverslag met waardevolle informatie over de kwaliteit van de training, herstel en vergelijking met andere trainingen. Dit is ook direct via de app te bekijken.
