Wontondownbad,
Kindest Food Tracking App Ever !!
I absolutely love this app, I've never had this much success with a food tracking app in my entire life. It's so simple and easy to use but it's so effective if you go in with an informed mindset. I've never lost weight this healthily before ! Not to mention consistently, and I've only been doing this for 7 days !! The self-paced nature of the app was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I looked up "intuitive eating - no calories" on the search bar and the cute design was what pulled me, but I think my ability to tag and organize items (according to what I wanted to improve on) and without an negative connotations attached to it, is what really did it for me !!

I've been bragging about this app to my friends, it's great !! I also love the idea of tracking a digestive cycle because it forces me to pay attention to my hunger cues and have more informed meals at the end of every digestive cycle. For the organization, I can see my whoooole week and it's so simple to just say "Wow, I've eaten vegetables only 5 times this week. Need to improve on that !!" Rather than complicated calorie trackers that label items down to statistics and percentages that always leave me with anxiety/negativity, and not an informed OR improved mindset.

Also, the customer service is great !! Easy and effective and they respond to problems or questions by the minute :)))
deathingrasp,
Excellent customer service
I had a wonderful experience with the app developer. I am recovering from an eating disorder and using an intuitive eating approach. Labeling food as healthy or unhealthy is not helpful to my recovery because I have been very sick with anorexia, bulimia and orthorexia and those kind of food labels would make me restrict a tremendous amount of food because labeling certain foods as unhealthy made me afraid of them and led to more and more foods being on my forbidden/restrict list. I asked the app developer if we could disable those food labels so that I can continue to use the app and the app developer was extremely nice and immediately got to work on this as a new update. Thank you so much for listening to your customers. I purchased a premium account immediately to show you support. You genuinely listened and cared to my needs and that means so much.
Aki Johnson,
Great app, don’t be fooled by these reviews
If you are looking for an app to help you lose weight, choose any of the other calorie counting or weight loss apps out there. But if you need a food diary app, especially if you are dealing with or have had issues in the past with eating disorders, this is a great way to keep track of the food you eat without looking at calories, portion sizes, nutritional levels, etc. It’s a free app that lets you take pictures of what you ate in a day that includes a categorizing system of healthy, neutral, or unhealthy option. There’s no overthinking it, there’s even a timer to show when your tummy should be empty after what you’ve eaten. It’s so motivating and supportive to anyone looking for a way to keep track of just eating and taking a step towards food accountability.

Perfect App!
I love this app so much! It remembers the food you eat (even the tags) and as someone recovering from an eating disorder I love that it’s optional to have the healthy/neutral/unhealthy option and also that you get to assign it yourself based on your own goals! The only flaw I thought there was was if you forgot to add something you ate until later you couldn’t change the time…BUT you can! Just click the food in the tummy timer and you can change it! Not to mention the kind inspirational words that the creator puts in. They feel really genuine, unlike many apps with “motivational” messages. I will be recommending to everyone I know.
chatterjee,
Excellent for both recovery and ADHD reasons
First: this app is very kind. It is clear that the developer working on it carries a great deal of love for those who might seek it out.

Second: as someone recovering from disordered eating, I am at the point where calorie trackers of any kind are a major trigger for me. But I like taking pics of what I eat! It makes me a take a second to pause and check in with my body to see how hungry I am, a skill I am slowly starting to build.

Third: as a person with ADHD, an additional struggle when it comes to eating is that I will fully forget when I last ate. Did I have breakfast yet? Did I already have my lunch? To that end, I find the Tummy Timer VERY useful for keeping a record of *when* I last ate something.

It seems the developer is actively working on this app and reads the reviews as they come in, so I just want to say: thank you, from the bottom of my heart. The fact that you took the time to make this app and to display so much care for those who use it means the world to me.
Morbid.catzz,
Best Food Journal App
Honestly, I don’t ever leave a review on an app unless it’s necessary. I absolutely love this app and especially the “Tummy Timer” feature. It lets you know that the human stomach takes 4 hours to digest food, while also letting you know when your next empty tummy would be. I love seeing that feature because it lets me know that my food still hasn’t digested/ it’s helped me notice when I’m eating out of boredom. Don’t get me wrong, if I’m super super hungry/craving something specifically, then I will eat what I want regardless of the timer. Honestly, you get from this app what you put in.
BlazingSallybags,
So helpful
This app is exactly what I was looking for. Journaling is one of the most important tools for me in my intuitive eating journey (my thoughts, hunger cues, how I feel after a meal or before a meal, etc) and I love how I can journal all day long as well as simply list the food I’ve eaten without calories tied to it. I personally like the food labels but I love that the developer has an option to turn that off because that can be so super triggering.

Anyway if you’re looking for a great supplement in your journey to a healthy relationship with food, this is it!
The_Glow_Cloud,
Almost perfect!
I'm loving this app! It's the best daily food log I have tried out of many in comparison. It’s simple, quick, and effective! The UI is easy on the eyes too. There is a timer bug that I contacted the dev about and a suggestion to add iCloud backup. Aside from that, this is nearly perfect!

You slowly create your own database with your pictures, but if you forgot to take one, it’s not necessary because you can update the picture later! Or choose one from an online search if you prefer. It puts no pressure on the user whatsoever, as everything should be.

I might come up with more suggestions in the future, but for now, I’m very happy with this app! Thank you! :D

Update:
A suggestion I have would be the ability to rearrange the order of foods you’ve already logged. If I forgot something or just put it in backwards, there isn’t an easy way to adjust the order. I have to delete all the entries and re-enter them in the order I’d like.
Abccccc636426273466,
Great for ppl w/ food issues
The app doesn’t label things as healthy and unhealthy and doesn’t say anything about calories(u can get a calorie tracker app if you are looking to loose weight)it has a counter for how long you should weight until eating again which has helped my binge eating and let’s you take notes so you can say why you are eating this or anything you want and the developer actually listens to what people think unlike other apps
Aberberian,
Less is More
I think this might be the first review I’ve ever left, but this app is wonderful. So simple to use, doesn’t take much time to log, and encourages intuitive eating (following your body’s signals.) This is not a calorie counting app. I have tried those and they only made me think about food more often! I liked this app so much in the trial that I paid the $4.99 to keep full access; something else I very rarely do.
