What is Namaz?
Namaz is the daily muslim prayer, also known as Salat or Salah. It is one of the five pillars of Islam and the best way of worshipping Allah the Almighty.
Description:
This app is an audio player for you to listen to the correct pronunciation of the prayers in Arabic. It will help you to learn the dua-invocations and parts of the Quran that are read inside the prayer. You will also have the texts in English transliteration and some illustrations to help you navigate through the process. All content is in accordance with the rules of the Hanafi school of law.
Important to understand, that this is a companion app, and it is not sufficient to fully learn the prayer on its own. We also strongly recommend that you learn to read Arabic, as English letters and phonemes are not sufficient to convey all sounds found in Arabic. Learning to read Arabic will allow you to perform your prayers in the best way and will give you access to the Holy Quran. The easiest and most effective way to learn both prayer and reading Arabic is to find a good teacher.

The app makes the prayer so easy
I’ve always been terrified of praying because I won’t remember the correct words, this app simplified my life, I was able to learn and do my first prayer within 5 minutes, that’s all, 5 min is all it takes from you to do this, the instructions are simple and clear, it even recites the words for you so you can say it in your head and listen through AirPods. Forever grateful, but a quick question
im grateful for this app. it helped me learn about wudhu, ghusl and prayer. it also helped me with Ayat Al-Kursi. I love how it csn give you notifications for prayer, but heres my question. More of a suggestion to implement it but.. Do you perhaps have a notification for the sunnah prayers too? if not, you should DEFINITELY implement it! it would be a big help for me lol (as someone who loses track of time easy 🥲)

I’ve recently come to Islam on my own and did my shahada three weeks ago , and with out this app I’d be lost right now I use it everyday for all of my prayers this app has helped me so much with my recitation and getting the movements down it has given me confidence at the masjid for jummah on Fridays and I’d could go on, may Allah (swt) bless you brothers and sisters for this beautiful app.

And even with Duas, so many to learn ( I’ve been meaning to). This app even helps with wudu, and the basics about Islam. If only you could add a a vocal command for the the movements(prostration, standing, ect.) . My eyes are closed for prayer and I cannot follow the IMAM, (in this case my phone with the NAMAZAPP APP. For new comers it would be helpful for this addition of audio telling us when to prostrate or knew or stand.
