Fun but still has some bugs
Bug fixes would be great for purchasing subscription and specials, but they never go through when trying to purchase. The game itself is a lot of fun.

Not an honest company
I had only played this game for a couple days when they offered a deal to spend $10 to “remove all ads” I always contribute to free games, so this seemed like a good time to do that. Once purchased, it became clear that they only intended to remove ads for a certain number of days. This was not at all clear prior to my purchase. It was implied that the benefit was permanent. It soon became clear, when another ad popped up, that it didn’t even do that. I was still being forced to watch ads. I contacted their customer service for a refund. They emailed me back asking for proof of purchase. I sent it. They said they needed a different form of proof of purchase, which I sent. I got another email thanking me and stating they’re “looking into this.” They never responded again. I had to contact apple directly for a refund. Don’t trust this game company. They’re obviously shady.

I started playing this game last year &
Had to quit on level 16 bc it completely stopped & crashed on me ! I had also put my own money into it for some extra money to buy special things ! I really absolutely love this game & im playing again just started & on level 12 . Being 49 years old lol it helps pass time by & I love Christmas. Pls pls make sure they game doesn’t crash on certain levels & we not be able to play or start over ! It’s a wonderful game & id like to continue playing it so pls fix the crashes or whatever is going on !

Sooo many Ads!
Why does Santa always want what’s not in inventory? The elves are frustrated and ready to quit… this game takes ad watching to a whole new level. Cute graphics and great for mindless entertainment. Needs another smelter and occasionally Santa’s sled crashes off into the bushes and the game freezes Update: By level 70ish I learned to hate this game. It’s clearly designed to make you watch ads and spend money. It makes no sense to have to pay to open presents that you EARN in the game. The smelter and jewelry making is always behind; not enough hatchets to clear up used items; keoop earning items that there’s no use for. Game clearly needs an update

Stupid ads for candy canes
I’ve done 3 ads for a good amount of candy canes & I have not received them. Maybe try getting games to be downloaded & reach a certain level before we can get free candy canes cause the ads are really annoying & don’t give us the candy canes. I personally am not gonna give out my email address for samples ads cause sample ads you can’t even get through it to receive candy canes. I love this game I really do but if getting candy canes don’t change I’ll stop playing.

Needs an update!
This game was a great pastime game until it just went stale. There’s no ability to purchase land anymore, Santa’s house is complete and no option to improve any buildings. I’ve got all these tools to improve land and buildings but it seams this game has been abandoned by the developer. Oh, and the count of the kids is at 18 but I only get 16 every time. I found this game better than smurf village but if there’s no update soon I’ll have to delete this game and go back to the smurfs 😕

Cute and fun little game!
A cute and fun little Christmas game. I’ve been playing for a little over a week and it does appear that, as long as you have the time to watch the advertising, this game can quite easily be played without spending money. I have not connected to Facebook on this. I’m not big on that, but I’m sure you could get more of the items needed by doing so. Enjoy!

I like this game. I played it last year, got bored, but I’m trying it again this year. I do have to say I’m disappointed there are no updates except for that stupid Muti tool pop up. Every time I open a shop and click on something to make that stupid pop up for the stupid Multi tool comes up. 🤬 It’s really annoying!!!!!!

This game was fun until all the plots and factories started disappearing!!! I have emailed the developers numerous times with no response!!! Their Facebook Page is full of complaints regarding trouble with the game AND STILL no response!! They sure will take your money though but if something goes wrong with the transaction they won’t respond to you either with support!!! Their software and servers obviously have high problems and they have updated anything since December 2018. You get NO STARS!!!

Play Time Short
I judge a game by how long I can play before I need to start waiting or buying extra items. This game is reasonably designed. Many things to do, but clearing land or making room for new industries is confusing or too difficult in that hatchets, shovels, etc. are rare and difficult to earn without purchasing
