I am having several issues with this app right now, with the videos not loading and the camera settings on the app not matching with the camera settings on the camera itself. Please do an update and fix this

Absolute garbage, doesn’t even connect with the phone. Makes the camera useless. Just save your money and get something else

I’ll open this by saying that I’m in the middle of a dispute with this company and my review is extremely biased.
I ordered this on the 20th of Oct 2022 with it arriving on the 25th. Initially I loved it. I read all of the online reviews that I could find and really wanted this to work. It was very small profile and seemed like it would be less likely to tangle up in my lines and maybe kill me.
Opened the box, read the directions a few times and downloaded the app. The camera itself turned on quickly and I ran through the extremely simple steps to connect the camera to my phone and the app only to get the massage that the connection failed. I spent a few hours each day trying to get this straightened out. I emailed using the link on the Oclu website and to this day over a month later if I search my email for Oclu I get three results.

Needless to say after a couple of weeks of no contact from the company I realized they are only an hour drive from me. So I drove my butt up to Scottsdale on a day where I really didn’t have the extra time. You can see the suite from the street, right next to a mattress store. Who appeared to be using the Oclu store as an overflow. There were empty mattress boxes on the floor and mattresses ready for display right next to the folding table Oclu must use for meetings. We’ll the offices were empty. How do I know? I knocked on all of the doors and asked the people next door if they could help me find someone. I left around 1:30 ish local time and decided it was time to return it. I spent a few more days fiddling with it trying to connect and on the 10th of November sent it back via UPS with tracking and signature receipt. It got there on the 11th and was signed for by a woman named Annie.
It’s strange because of you check their Facebook page it’s being updated all of the time with photos but they can’t take the few minutes to help a customer who’s having a problem or return the money that was paid for a device they already have in their possession.
Needless to say if they’re responsible for allowing reviews to be posted then I wouldn’t expect to ever see this made public. Lord knows you won’t find the review I left on their website.
