This space shooter will appeal to those who think themselves born to annihilate aliens.
Odyssey finds himself stranded on the outskirs of space and has to set off on a solo trip to retrieve his honor and spaceship.
The game contains a number of unique galaxies with different kinds of
aliens. The updated superbosses and new kinds of weapon with stunning graphics
will leave no one cold. Gamers can now enjoy the iPad version as well. Also, with new kinds of weapons and controls, they can smash myriads of space imps.
The powers of darkness have no choice left to survive, as with the upgraded spaceship and weapons you are a hero and can conquer the entire Universe.
In this game, you’ll be able to:
Explore quite different corners of the galaxy. The game contains several worlds and even more in the updates.
Become acquainted with its unfriendly inhabitants and show what test creates tough guys from planet Earth.
Master outer space defeating cosmic monsters. Try new weapons in action. Keep yourself together while jolting toward your home planet.

New weapon controls allow to switch between cannons and blast space imps with maximum efficiency.

The game has become so user-friendly that we had to make the gameplay more complicated to grant miserable aliens a chance. Added new weapons and ammo. The main cannon can be powered up as well.

We’ve added a new game world populated by our own unique inhabitants. Including a supermonster, which still remains to be reached.
We’ve also thrown out some of the obstacles – since nobody flies all the way up to the boss despite our attemps to simplify it. Whoever gets to them first, let us know in the comments.
We redid touch control and dragged the ad from below the control stick.

We’ve also added a plot into the game comprised of comics with a background and a test flight with the most sophisticated weaponry.
Unfortunately, the plot is open for access only to people first installing the game. Those who want to see it will have to delete the game off of the phone and reinstall it again. You will be able to restore in-app Purchases – Remove ads and Unlock level/Unlock All – repeatedly attempting to make them in the game and then follow the instructions that appear.

I am a big bullet hell fan, and also like traditional shooters but my time spent on my Cave and Taito collection has spoiled me. The main issue I have with this game is the controls which act more like real life. The ship will not change direction immediately as you move your finger but comes to rest before setting off in another direction. Unfortunately this kills the fun for me as I want an arcade experience rather than simulator. The game is nice though, just not my thing

Poor software
While the game is fun to play, it has an awesome inherent flaw that reoccurs, and randomly at that. When you press the nuclear bomb button when the major enemy shows up and you detonate, the program terminates. All points are returned to the original point before the episode began. Unacceptable and poorly written software. The developers are idiots and do not seem to care about their product. Remove them from Apple. Shameful jackasses

I like this shooter a lot, but it might be a little buggy - using the orange reverb shield while a large alien ship is on-screen can make the game crash.

I downloaded it and here's what I learned. The graphics are great. Just imagine what kind of an incredible coup this game would have created with these kind of graphics in say 1990! Gameplay is good. I admit I didnt listen to the music or sound (rocking moby dick audiobook ATM). It crashed once but I didn't restart my iPod before I played. The ad-free version is really cheap, but I think it's awesome that they let you play the full game for completely free. Go download it and Have fun!

Crashes
Game is great except when it crashes in the middle of a level on the iPhone 4S. This happens quite frequently and I've lost all progress made many time. It is quite frustrating and should be corrected immediately. Otherwise I'm quite impressed. Would be 4 1/2 stars

decent but flawed shooter
Obviously, the banner ad is designed to be as obnoxious as possible so you'll want to pay to remove it, so I won't harp on it too much. The worse problem is that the controls take up too much screen space, making it seem like you have no place to dodge enemies and their shots because your ship sprite is also huge. Zooming out the view would improve this game immensely.

Could be good
It's a decent game but very small. Only 3 levels and it gets old after replaying 900 times. I might have rated higher and might have still been playing if the game didn't wipe after not being on for a day. All that hard work to try and get the best ship equipped with everything and now it's gone. Good luck with this app you just lost one player.

Ads, ads, ads
it was OK until ads got in the way. The ads on the top were bearable. Ads on the bottom gets in the way of controls and makes the game unplayable, even from the first level. before starting the game advertising for dating appears; is this appropriate for little kids? What else will appear on ads next time?
