The "OneApp" that everyone should take to work with them when working away from home and family!
Enjoying and very blessed to have OnePlace with me while I'm away at work (and at home). All who work away from home and family can rest easy and be encouraged daily by the fabulous teachers of your choosing about facets of life, relationships, marriage, learning the truths of the Gospel of Christ. I love being able to create my favorites list for quick go to ministries.
I'm away from home working weeks at a time and OnePlace is THE most helpful resource to help me stay grounded in my faith in God and learn how to grow closer to Christ. Thank you!

Needs adjustment
This app is exactly what I need. The problem is that it's actually poorly executed. It's free, so I'm not really complaining, just offering a some basic suggestions that would make it MUCH better. It needs to take advantage of becoming the main audio app when it is running. I cannot use audio controls on my headphones when listening. It only stops the sermon & starts whatever other audio app was playing last. Not cool. Another problem is that it doesn't take advantage of multi-tasking properly as a result of the previous issue. When going back to the app to I have to restart from the beginning and find my program, then find my place again. It would be much easier if it would just save the state in the background & restart from where it left off. It would also be very nice to have the same number of sermons available as on the website. The playlist is a good feature, but it would be nice to be able to have multiple playlists for different topics. Thanks & God bless.

Go into all the world!
I have been using this app for several years now. I am very grateful to have found it. It really helps me in my daily life trying to be Christ like. I have a few pastors I listen to daily but I like the fact that I have a variety of others I can listen to as well. There is no excuse not to listen to the word of God if you have a smart phone because you can easily download this app for free and make time to listen. It is best to attend Church if you are able to but if you are not able to you can pick a pastor to listen to from wherever you are at . Also, if you missed one sermon you can always go to the previous day . May God bless all who listen on this ONE PLACE app and May it be for the honor and glory of our God Jesus Christ!

No more XM radio
I dumped the news in order to take step one towards peace and changing my thinking. I replaced XM radio with a free app...OnePlace. On there is every daily Bible study you can ask for, the ones I can’t hear on the radio during the day because I am working. These are all on demand.
When I wake up and walk the dogs I listen to “Walk in the Word” with James MacDonald. On my drive to work I listen to “Pathway to Victory” with Robert Jeffress. Driving home...”Turning Point” with David Jeremiah, and finally I am walking the dogs again, this time with Tony Evans and “Turning Point”. Weekends I listen to a variety of others or go back to a day I want to rehear. This is helping me internally mentally and spiritually. If you like listening to Bible studies I encourage you to check out the app.

Content is great but…
I love the content found on the app but it’s functionality leaves a lot to be desired. When listening to a playlist for instanace, once one cast is complete and the next one plays, there are no controls such as pause or skip. I literally have to close out the app to get the cast to stop. Also, there are no indications as to which ones in my list have been played. Also also, when the list is populated, God forbid the title is too long- there is no way to see which episode each item is. You will have to click on it and start listening and try to remember if you’ve listened to it or not. But be warned, you will have to revert to one of the earlier “also”’s. With these inconveniences, might as well attempt to find the content elsewhere.
As stated, I absolutely love the content, but the app itself requires much more development for it to receive more than 2 stars.

One place
For a 5-star rated app I have been very disappointed in its performance. One place began on the web as a site where various Bible teachers posted their teachings which enabled listeners to listen on demand rather than being confined to broadcast times. The website worked very well over the years.
However, the company’s venture into phone and app technology is totally disappointing. The volume and start/stop screen disappears 2-3 programs after deleting and reinstalling the app. This forces me to listen to the program for its duration and also eliminates the ability to advance the sermon to a point where I may have heard it while driving or been interrupted by someone.
I have a few apps from individual groups and You Tube which have the control screen which work fine on my phone (an iPhone 8). I exchanged emails with a company rep who told me they were trying to fix it.
I hope this bad rating will inspire you to test the app to see if you can help them solve the problem.

This is one of my very favorite apps!!! I use it all the time and have been so blessed by it over the years!! Sometimes I turn my radio on in the car and I hear a sermon that is really good but I’ve missed the first part, but I can usually go to my Oneplace app and hear the whole message and even share it with others. There are so many good speakers, preachers, and talk shows to choose from but the best part is that you can pick your favorite ministry and then go to the archives and pick your topic as well!! I don’t listen to all of the programs on there because some of them I don’t agree with but that’s the beauty of this app -I get to pick!! It’s like my very own custom radio station!! Love it!!

My precious Aunt Shirley introduced me to the OnePlace app several years back & it is such a blessing-I can always find trusted sermons on whatever topic I need pretty much at any time of the day or night! Both of my teenage sons also use it & I can’t even begin to tell you what a gift that is to this mommas heart!
The archives for each ministry is truly a wealth of information & allows me to listen continuously while doing projects around the house or driving; when I first wake up in the morning as well as while I fall asleep at night! Thank you SO much! I tell everyone about it & have zero hesitations to recommend it to everyone I know & love!

Very good app with one major flaw…
The content is great with plenty to choose from. I can listen for months if not years and never listen to the same thing twice. But one thing you lack 😇… I’m often in my truck for hours at a time for work. When listening in my vehicle, the audio stops when I receive a text or phone call, which is necessary so I get it. But it doesn’t pause it stops so after the call or text has been completed, I have to unlock my phone and manually press play to resume the audio. I don’t have to tell you that operating my phone while driving is dangerous and illegal. Can you PLEASE add an auto resume feature so everyone can listen safely? Thank you!

WORDS are INADEQUATE! My WORLD/LIFE is SHATTERED, losing most EVERYTHING! I’m STILL ENDURING, but IF NOT FOR OnePlace & Rick Warren, I WOULD NOT BE HERE, today! I NEEDED HOPE, suffering like NEVER BEFORE, I had only “heard” of Pastor Rick but NEVER been LED to listen, UNTIL NOW! Thank YOUUUU!
