Update!!!!I am amending buy previous review as I read all of the reviews and got scared of this app. I immediately contacted customer service via email and within a few hours they sent an email stating that they had canceled the automatic renewal and they were very apologetic for any problems and inconvenience that I may have experienced with there app. Customer service is on point and I’m happy that they left me with a positive outlook of their company.
There was a special for 3 months for $7.80 and I thought wow, what a great idea but upon downloading it I change my mind and wanted to cancel it after reading the view but it was too late I had already paid the initial $8. There isn’t a way to cancel it in the App Store as it says to do in the instructions . It doesn’t appear in the subscriptions only in purchased. So you cannot cancel this subscription as it states. So I open the app and answer the questions then it ask for even more money which I refuse to pay. I just want to cancel this subscription and the app. Without anyway to do so. Now I am going to have to call apple or and card company to report this as a scam! Beware all!

UPDATE: I received an email this morning saying they had cancelled my subscription and I wasn't to worry about any more funds leaving my bank account. As I paid through PayPal I went on their site and emailed Organic Dance from there. PayPal like that as it gives them a paper trail. So I sent a similar email from there. Organic Dance said they'd noticed I hadn't even opened the app. Go figure. I couldn't!!! Told me to try again, which I haven't. I'm just glad I only lost $4.99!! So if you paid through PayPal, go there, find the payment and click on it, it gives you the option to email Organic Dance through them. Do it.
My regular email to them worked as well.
I joined the program with the 1 month option, only them ofcourse do you get to download the app!!! Shocker, you can't cancel. Anywhere! Definitely not in the app like it says. Shady scammer company
They hide your subscription in your PayPal subscriptions (which I didn’t even know existed) and so despite it showing I had no active subscription under my apple and Google subscriptions they continued to renew even though I cancelled and deleted this app almost immediately after purchase when I realized how lame they are. You will NOT get a workout on here unless you’re 500 lbs and can hardly get off your couch. I asked for a refund when their scammy auto drafts overdrafted my PayPal account. I only keep the exact amount in there that is budgeted. They refuse to offer a refund for something I used once. Totally awful customer service.
Update: they still refuse to give me any refund despite me canceling my subscription via the App Store initially shortly after downloading. And it clearly stated on this page that I could cancel via the App Store and I have screenshots. I’ve never been to their website so they’re lying about that. Never had the chance to try the app.....No refund
I never got the chance to even use the app because shortly after I signed up me and my entire family caught COVID. I have checked my setting for months to cancel this subscription because me and my family never got to use it. There is no data in the app about us using it because it was never opened for us to use only to cancel. We use these apps as family to spend time together like the Just Dance app. I the cancellation for this subscription is not in the settings and it is not within the app. I was charged and they refuse to give the refund. If I caught COVID and is now working 12 to 13 hours a day to get caught up on bills and still back and forward to the doctor every week I don’t have time to look through settings to figure an app out or send an email. The only reason I have time now because I was able to luck up on early morning hours and take a day off. So if you want to cancel make sure you reach out to customer service within the setting of the app via email before the next payment is due.

Very bad, scam! Do not buy this!
This is a scam! I thought it looked like it would be fun but you aren’t going to lose weight. I’m guessing they’re going to say you should stick to some diet plan or something. I used this once and it wasn’t for me. I tried to cancel before the discount trial period but when you go to the settings and click manage subscription, it flashes a 404 error and automatically takes you to their website where it gives instructions on how to cancel the subscription within the app by going into the settings and clicking manage subscription….which errors out to their website in a never ending scam circle! I have been charged the full amount now for the subscription that I haven’t even used. I saw another person who had pretty much the same issue. Their support team gave an email address to that customer, which I used to reach out in hopes of finding a solution. It’s invalid! Total fraud! I’ve reported to the App Store and PayPal. I’ll probably have to report fraud to my credit card now.

**Buyer Beware They will keep charging your credit card and you must contact them by email to stop it. You will have to look through the fine print to get their email and email them to stop charging your credit card!! If it gets charged again and you didn’t let them know- too bad— they will just send you their legal terms that you had to accept just to use. Then tell you it’s too bad that you didn’t read their 20 page legal terms to know this before you chose to download. Oh and here’s another thing, if you click on an add of theirs that takes you through their website to download the app- it will not show up on your apple apps telling you that this subscription is about to renew and remind you to opt out of renewal. Doesn’t show up in your subscription section at all and if you tell them this, they will just say that it’s because you went to their website to subscribe to this. This product is not interested in promoting fitness. They only care about duping customers into noncancellable subscriptions to collect money for nothing. I signed up in June after having open heart surgery because I wanted something I could do in the house to try to get back on my feet. I used the app less than 10 times and couldn't find it anywhere to cancel. I contacted customer service who assured me that they would cancel my subscription and keep me from paying for it again. Fast forward 6 months, and wouldn't you know I got billed again?
As soon as I saw the charge, I reached out to customer service to cancel. Instead of aiding me with my request, they wanted to tell me repeatedly that I should have cancelled the day before the fee renewed.

Don’t buy this predatory App
I signed up for a 3 months trial at 7,95 and could t get it to work in my iPad. I never once used it so I tried to cancel it. Went to my apple subscriptions and could find it anywhere, unlike every other app I’ve ever bought. They hide it and when I looked in the app I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel. 3 months later I got a charge for over $52. I could finally contact them because it went through my PayPal and they answered back that they can’t refund it but it’s now canceled. However I can continue to use the app for the next 30 days. So they are charging me $52 A MONTH for a dance app. Obviously they are relying on their income with predatory auto renews from people who can’t figure out how to cancel the app. Who would ever voluntarily pay $52 a month for an app on their phone. It doesn't even say on their listing that it costs that much.

Wrong advertising, false claims and misleading information
If you are planning to try this app out seeing their 30 day money back guarantee and other claims that they have put on their advertising materials, please be aware. I was definitely interested in trying out the app as I love dancing and saw that dancing and nutrition combined in one app will fulfil my needs. However, I saw that the app did not truly satisfied my needs and did not have food choices based on my cultural preferences. On asking the team for my refund, they just kept telling me the same thing again and again while not tackling the actual problem that I was facing in using the app. While $40 is not a big amount, I just want to ensure that the customers are not fooled by false advertising of this app. You will never see your money back no matter what they claim on their marketing materials.

Buyer Beware
When I signed up for this app I made sure on the App Store that this was not going to be a recurring subscription. There was nothing obvious in the app about having a recurring subscription, even though I checked from the beginning. Well, I was charged $56 via PayPal. I immediately contacted them before the charge posted and they responded "Unfortunately, we understand that you would like a refund for your order, but we regret to inform you that it is not eligible according to our Money Back and Cancellation Policy". Only then in that email did they show screen shots of where to go in the app to manage subscription. It's buried in a folder called Advanced. I hate doing business with companies that have shady business practices. These "Gotcha" tactics are the only reason they are making money for products that aren't being used.
