Now I’ve figured it out!
When the FitHer team finally helped me realize that since I purchased on iTunes, I can only view on my iOS devices (ie my iPhone and iPad), and that I have to manage all subscription and payments through iTunes, it made it a lot easier. I absolutely love the app and the workouts are great! For someone who does not want to spend an hour or two a day working out, these 20-minute workouts are great. And you can add the body-specific workouts on when you have more time. Looking forward to getting fit and being able to travel and take my workouts with me! Also love the water intake and weight trackers.

Haven’t use the menus much because they don’t coincide with the number of calories I’m allotted. I wish that once you decide your caloric intake, the menu app would re-adjust accordingly. That’s my only issue.

Amazing app!!!
I used to work out two hours a day 6 days a week. I’ve only worked out a handful of times since December. That made things very discouraging and very challenging to get back into the gym or working out period. This app has helped me be Active every day! Even with only starting out for five minutes, I am slowly doing more and more and feeling better about myself. A little really goes a long way. Something is better than nothing, this app is so easy and so convenient my 9 yr old daughter even joins me it’s great time to have together, doing something healthy and having fun all in ten minutes! I’m definitely going to be using it for the long term.

Good App for the workouts
I love this app right now for the wonderful workout’s! I have been using this app for about 3 months now. The app has video and written explanation for each exercise and allows you to make substitutions for any of the suggested exercises. That’s a major plus in my book. I like the food suggestions and recipe’s, however, some of the recipes are not accurate ( ex. Some of the ingredients were no listed in the ingredients list) also some of the recipes don’t even provide measurements??? It’s hard to determine how much of each ingredient makes 1 serving. I use it for inspiration on what to eat because it does provide the num of calories it should provide. All in all, I like the app and I will continue to use it. It just needs to be improved on the recipes.

Totally enjoying this App except for it not syncing on my devices.
The app is easy to follow and effectively hits all target areas. There are specific target area workouts available as well.
My only issue is that the daily workouts on my tablet are different than my IOS. so, my IOS has me completing no workouts when I’m using my tablet and vis-a-versa. Not sure why that is but it’s frustrating.

Terrible Terrible false advertising no customer service at all zero
TOTAL SCAM OBVIOUSLY!!!!!
So I never write bad reviews but this one deserves it.
So I an ad for Facebook for this app and it had all of these different area specific things that you supposedly could select to work out if you downloaded the app and paid for it so of course I did because that is exactly what I’m looking for.
Unfortunately the app has nothing that is shown in the Facebook ads.
I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt so I emailed them multiple times I reached out on Facebook nobody has responded so basically they took my money for something that is false advertising is deceitful and very unprofessional and the app is like any other free app I could find anywhere.
So I wasted my money for nothing avoid at all!!!!!?
It looks like a great app based on the Facebook ads I wanted to be able to work out specific areas of my body the app has absolutely nothing like that in it and it wasn’t cheek don’t be fooled.
I want somebody to contact me and show me where I find these specific things that are listed in the advertisements or I want my money back. I plan to do a chargeback and write more reviews if somebody doesn’t contact me I’ve waited over a week.

Pretty Good, A Few Suggestions
This app looks great! I just downloaded, & overall the material seems like exactly what I’m looking for. The only things I don’t like - I wish there was a setting to convert the water intake measurement into ounces, or choose the size of a “glass.” Also wish this app included a calorie tracker!! It isn’t realistic to expect people to match their meals exactly to the suggestions within the app, & I’d love to be able to keep track of the modifications I make to the meal plan without having to log into a whole different app. Otherwise though, the app looks great!!! Excited about using it!

Easy to do
I just started doing the work outs and I really like that they are easy to follow. I’ve had knee issues for many years and normally I couldn’t follow or complete other work outs programs, but this one I find it to be really effective and I’m able to complete it each day which motivates me more. So far, I’m enjoying it very much!

Not worth the money!
I’ve been using this app for 1 and a 1/2 months, and a couple days ago it started giving me a gray screen when I tried to open the workout and then the next day it just completely erased ALL my progress to include my calendar and challenge progress. I paid 40 bucks for this, not worth it. If your app can’t even consistently track progress, then what is the point? It started me from the beginning with easier workouts that are not doing anything for me because I already have almost 2 months of workout progress. I’m very unhappy and I want my money back.

Love this
As a busy woman, I love that I can do a 12 minute workout. I often feel tired and overwhelmed when I get home but these shorter workouts feel approachable.
For not being very active this is also a great way to transition back into a healthier life style.
My suggestion would be to have a calorie count on the meals you provide to allow for substitutions as needed (ie allergies, product availability)
Also in regards to the meals a weekly shopping list that breaks down what you need for the week.

I didn’t have any motivation, then I stumbled on this app and now I am excited to start working out again. The videos are perfect to show exactly what to do and the next button allows me to go at my own pace but the timer helps me move at a faster pace. I’m excited to see what the next 30th us bring me! I also started a challenge 🙌
