Never played a game like this - it’s great!!!
I stumbled across this while looking for something “different” to play that didn’t involve my dealing with immature trolls out to ruin my fun.
I love ghost hunter shows and was intrigued by this idea and I couldn’t be happier with the experience thus far.
Storyline is absolutely intriguing and I’m dying (pardon the pun) to see where things go from here. The gameplay is non-linear so your actions drive the story’s direction. Your interaction with the other characters can change their disposition toward you and thus drive the story in many different directions. It’s quite interesting, honestly, although I may be giving it more credit than what it is ACTUALLY doing. Regardless, it’s just FUN!!
Definitely give this one a try! Especially if this is your first time to try this style of game. Just you, the game AI, and no trolls…. I’m lovin’ it!

Love the game, Mini Games ruined it
The game started off setting a great scene and had me hooked from the get go. I love the videos and recordings you uncover, they really make you feel part of this story.
However… they include mini games to slow down your progression so you don’t finish the game in one sitting. I can understand that. Except the mini games are not fun, they start off amusing but soon it feels like all that you’re doing. The game itself is a dot connecting game which becomes frustrating and far too difficult for a mainstream purpose in the game. Also you only get so many lives and have to wait 30 minutes to have 1 life restored. It slows you down to the point where you forget what was even happening in the story. You also get paused to complete mini games really frequently. I feel like the time it takes me to complete these mini games is triple the amount of time I actually get to play the real content of the game.
Love the characters, plot, images, and creepy breadcrumbs of this game. But that one component is effectively ruining what would have been so fun.

Pretty awesome
It’s my first time trying this type of games. And what I can say is THAT THEYRE AWESOME!!! I LOVE THIS GAME, my only complaint is that I wish there was a way to pause/rewind/fast forward the videos that the characters send you. I mean they’re not that long but yk, there’s people that wanna look at possibly hidden details in them🤭. Overall I love this game, and the fact that you don’t have to pay a dime to play this game. Most games of this type make you pay to play but this game doesn’t, only if you want to access exclusive features or other type of dms you can send to people in game.

Pretty good! Only thing is…
Hey! This is app if pretty good so far and really fun and it has an interesting storyline. The one thing is that I wish I’d be more of an interactive experience and less of just texting. Cuz it feel more like a texting story then an actual story. It’d be cool to actually be able to interact with scenes, or walk around, or investigate a murder, or something like that. Also, it’s be nice if you could say you’re attracted to both guys and girls, because I’m bi but you only have the option to be attracted to one or the other. Otherwise, the game is great and I love that you don’t have spend money on it if you don’t want to and you can still enjoy playing the game without having to spend anything. Overall, I’d say it’s a good game to fill your time and it has a pretty good storyline/plot. I would definitely recommend this game to other people looking for a new game to play.

Good and bad
The game itself is great. You’re a part of a ghost hunting paranormal group, and you text and have choice based decisions that may or may not affect your outcome. But the hacking mini games are atrocious. Impossible to beat at a certain point, and I’ve been stuck on the same part for days, which is frustrating because it’s starting to get really good. The price to have unlimited hearts is $9.99, which is ridiculous. I want to enjoy the actual story, and would be 100 percent willing to pay a reasonable flat fee just for that, and skip the stupid mini games, but since they don’t offer that, I am going to uninstall the game. I think the developers may lose money due to this problem, because like I said, offering a flat fee for the game would be more enticing that having to continually shell out for more lives. It’s too bad, I was enjoying it immensely, and it’s ruined because of being stuck on some impossible to beat mini game.

It’s a great game… or at least it was
I hate to agree with some of the comments; or be one of those people. This game has an amazing story line and I’ve been hooked since I started.
HOURS ago, I got to a point where I was asked to collect X amount of star to proceed in the game. Which at first didn’t seem too bad based on previous “hacking” experiences, until I realized… it’s actually really freaking hard to do so without MANY MANY MANYYY failed attempts, or use of coins/money/time. Maybe I’m just bad at these kinds of games… or maybe I’m one of many others who agree that this game is pushing it a bit.
The only one of those three I would be okay with investing is time if it actually seemed like I was going to make progress in this game. Loved it, but sadly I might be deleting it. I do not want to spend hours trying to make the story proceed, I want to spend hours IN the story.

Ya it’s an amazing game except
Ya it’s a really good game except for the fact that when you get to a certain point, they’re going to ask you that you need six stars to continue and you’re going to have to hack the thing that it tells you to do but they don’t tell you is that it’s really hard and if you don’t like get it, or waste all your try’s you have to watch mad commercials, and when I mean mad I mean a lot of commercials for you just to only get two more tries. SMH and if you don’t wanna waste your time on that you can just buy it but I mean who wants to spend money on a game to be honest games should literally just be free. but neither then that it’s an actual really good game.

Great Game
I downloaded it because I was bored and it seemed pretty interesting and I wasn’t disappointed!! At first I felt like it was a little slow but… you can customize!! Being able to include your own name makes it seem so much more realistic. I just wish there would be a feature added where they continue talking while you close to app just for an added realistic element!! I’ve been playing for a little over two hours and there haven’t been any ads so far!! Really great!!

Great So Far
I’m not giving it a 5/5, because I’ve only just started, and their other games were terrible because of the mini games. One thing I can say is that this is ten times better than the crap Duskwood put me through with the mini games, but it might get even harder and ridiculous.
The thing I like better, right off the bat, about this game, compared to Duskwood, is that you can watch ads if you need to advance with your puzzle. Also you can get a bonus with watching the ads, which I like. Duskwood just forced you to pay with coins, which you had to buy.
One thing I would say that this game should do, is allow the player to gain coins all at once by sitting and watching ads. Maybe just 1 coin per ad, but infinitely. You could even set a daily limit if that makes you feel a little iffy.
It would allow players more freedom to advance, but keep it free while earning the developers more revenue through ad viewing.

Good story, mini games are awful
I’ve played all of the the other games by these developers- The Sign, The Healing, both Seven titles. Can we please go back to the mini games where you are fitting in shapes to clear lines? This dot-connecting stuff was extremely tedious in the previous games, but it’s hit a new level in this one. I’m not even out of chapter one and the puzzles are already brutally difficult. I want to keep playing since I spent the money to unlock all of the messages, and the story/characters are fantastic. But the mini games are ruining it for me. They are almost entirely based on luck, very little skill involved. Hopefully the devs will fix this in upcoming chapters.
