I love it. :) (besides the hacking moments..)
I’m in love with the colourful cast of characters, the ideas, plots, etc.
The killers, the twists, the calls, the buildings and environments- it’s truly a remarkable experience.
I’m a little downed that Oni didn’t get a lot screen-time, but maybe I’ll be able to see more of him in a future game..? (I’ve got butterflies in my stomach 😳)
Other than that, I don’t like the hacking segments very much. I do like them to a degree because they lengthen the game, it makes the game well-paced, the hacking has significant purpose in the game, and the credits have purpose (though, I would like it if they were customary (?) credits to decorate the backgrounds of the gameplay like in Duskwood).
However, you have to replay the hacking sequences if you want to play The Healing again (if you restart the game to play again, you have to do all the hacking segments again) which is upsetting.
I also like the fact that there isn’t a lot of romance in this game compared to the others (I’ve only ever played The Sign but still).
Other than the hacking segments, I have absolutely no complaints. I just recently played through the entire game for the second time, and I’m still in love.

great game but
i love this game i had just played the orphanage and since they haven’t finished it i decided to check out another one of their games. it went great for the majority of the game, there were a couple glitches where i had to restart the game but things would go smoothly after that. I had gotten very close to the ending of the game when all the sudden there was a strange glitch. the game wont progress at all, no matter how much i restart the app. i contacted them through a link in the app over a week ago and i havent gotten any response. i was pretty stoked to play the ending since i would play this game for hours on end. i even tried another game of theirs and very early on experienced more glitches which ended in the game not working at all either. i spent money on that one since i enjoyed their games so much but when i contacted them about it, which was also around a week ago, they never got back to me. i hope these issues can be fixed because i love the games.

Ok. At first I didn’t give this game a lot of credit, but the longer I’ve played it, the more I see how great this game is. It’s definitely thriller material the farther you go, and you feel so involved in it it’ll make you get chills even. The mini games are so hard! Like.. too hard even. But they’re also fun. It’s different than any puzzle games I’ve ever played before. And the characters in the game stay in character, are weary and not as quick to trust us, this random stranger, I appreciate how realistic it is. 5 out of 5 stars for me. (Also, love the hidden chats that come with premium *wink*)

Ok. I have mixed emotions about this game. It is a good game. And I love the story line and all. BUT at the moment the game isn’t working. In fact frustration set in because the character is typing but nothing happens. I don’t know what is going on. I would like to continue the game farther but if this is going keep happening then I don’t know whether or not I will continue to play. I have looked and looked for games like this for at least a year or more. And now I found one yet it isn’t working. The game is either freezing or it’s not a legitimate real game. A rip off in other words.I was told to contact the company if there were problems and well this is the only place. If someone could give advice or help out it would be great. I really hope its not a rip off game. Thank you. That is all.

Pretty nice game so far
I just downloaded this game and have only played it for like half an hour, but it’s pretty cool so far! I just came from playing a game called Duskwood- AMAZING game- highly recommend it! Anyway I was looking for other games like Duskwood and found this one- it’s similar, like I said I just started but I like it so far! May come back and give it another star after playing longer! 😅One thing I do have to say- the mini games are like Memento- which I don’t like, it’s a connect the dots but you have to be really strategic with the ones you connect otherwise you will run out of moves bc none connect- and you lose your lives quickly…..don’t like that part so much….other than that, great game!

AMAZING 🤩
I’ve only been playing this game for about half an hour now, but it’s so fun! Absolutely NO ADS, the choices when you chat have a lot of variety, and it can be completely free if you want to to be! You can pay for a previous version to access certain videos and chat options, but it's optional! There is some inappropriate language in the game, but I do think that 12+ is a good age rating. This game is AMAZING if you are looking for a little scare, and I definitely recommend!

I’m only on the very first set of mini games and was having trouble with the last one. They are labeled easy. I probably won’t be able to finish this game due to the mini games as I’m already having trouble with them.
EDIT: So still not a huge fan of the mini games, but an awesome thing these developers did is allow you to watch a video for three more turns. And you can keep doing that until you’ve completed the level. Most games let you watch a video once and that’s it, you’d have to restart the level. Or you have to spend money for more moves. Thankful this is not the case for this game.

Updated Review- It’s cool ..
Okay so I am on the last chapter and …the concept of the game is really good and I am semi addicted to playing. Main things I dislike are the actors. Their voices and mannerisms are so unbelievable and cringey lol. Also I dislike all of the hacking sequences. They wouldn’t be so bad if there was an option to maybe buy certain tools to help beat the game (kinda like on candy crush), but it does give you an option to skip if you want to pay for it. Also the story in general just feels kind of random and doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to be happening over a group chat. But all in all if you don’t look so deep into things like I do it’s a decent game.

It’s an entertaining game but…
It isn’t a pay to play but it requires money if you don’t want to watch a bunch of ads to try and move forward. It’s also hilarious when the puzzle says easy but is far from it. They try and force you to pay to move on faster, but this game isn’t worth my money for that. I’m enjoying it and have a lot of patience but just be prepared if you don’t like spending money, they know. #UPDATE! Ever since I left this last review I have had the worse time beating an “easy” puzzle! 🤣😂 I will not pay for this game but my God they will do what they can to force you!

The story might be good if you could get there
Unlike many people, I like mini games in this type of game. I hate these. I’m only three mini games in and they are already unsolvable. Literally. If you get down to the last color (already hard to do) the game STOPS giving you ANY pieces of that color!
Also, this isn’t like Duskwood. It IS Duskwood. Only, you know, not good. The characters are annoying, as others have said. The reasons for you being involved are even more shallow. There is the same basic cast of cliched characters, except that in Duskwood they felt real and here they feel like caricatures. There is the same mysterious hacker, the same mystery back guy with unknown motives.
Maybe it gets better as it goes on, if I could only get there.
