Osmind Hack 1.7.3 + Redeem Codes

Since MM was bought out and we had to switch to osmind it has been nothing but difficulty. I used to be able to set what time of day I got my notifications to do my mood. Now I don’t get the notifications 1/2 of the time and when I do they are all at random times. It keeps kicking me out and making me log back in and then I can’t get in. This month I have had to reset my password after it kicks me out and doesn’t let me back in 3 times. Now it won’t even let me do that. I let the owner of the clinic I go to know. So now just waiting to hear from them for help.

For the love of all that’s holy, will you PLEASE add Face ID? Or some recognition of credentials? Or remove the requirement of not reusing past passwords?
I have to reset my password constantly because I get kicked out and don’t recall last of the 25 passwords I’ve had to make up because they can’t be reused. Who has patience to go through that process via email?! Especially we folks who have a need for this app in the first place 😅

Dr. Eshkevari is outstanding. She is an excellent clinician with a very impressive educational and clinical background. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable. (I myself have a PhD in molecular genetics and did research at NIH for many years, so I feel qualified to make such judgments.)

There are several features of this app that are completely inaccessible due to the fact that they are “out of reach” on the screen.

For example, I cannot ever submit a journal entry due to the fact that the ‘submit’ button is too far down on the screen to be pressed. I can only see it if I am scrolling, but it swings back to the default view when I release my finger to try and press it.

I also had difficulty with the ‘reset password’ screen. Same problem, submit button was too far down and inaccessible. I had to access Osmind on my desktop to mitigate the issue.

This app is a cool idea and I like the concept, but it desperately needs a layout change so it can be used as intended. Otherwise, it really doesn’t work at all.

For reference, I am using an iPhone SE running the latest software iOS 15.0.1.

It’s actually pretty fun to use, I’ll probably keep using it even if I stop seeing them

And it helps me with out of network reimbursement so I don’t have to fax or mail anything

I’ve had this app for awhile. All has been well until today. I tried to get on and was told that my password had expired and that I needed to set a new one. I filled out everything completely but I could not access the “Submit Password” button. It seems to be out of the screen range on both my iPhone and iPad. Today is a bad day for me and I could not put down how I am feeling.

MoodMonitor became Osmind and it’s a huge step backward. Just a cluttered graph without the ability to view a specific date range or sort the information in any useful way. I’ve also lost over a year of data, as the transfer only appears to have gone back one year.
I’ll be looking for a different service with a better app and will have to manually share with my doctor.

Never had an appt scheduled with any Dr. that would use such an app. but have been receiving more than weekly requests to download this app since Sept! I wish to be removed from the list of recipients immediately.

It’s hard to decide whether to leave and start afresh, or stick with it and hope things get better. I wish I never met you in the first place.

It isn’t optimized for cellular devices. The graphics and data entry fields overlap so that you can’t log on or enter data. Been that way for months.
