Perfect fitness program!!
I researched for the perfect fitness program that would work for myself, a woman in her 50s. I love the way that Over 50 Fitness gives you so many options as far as the levels and length of time for your workout. The app is very well organized and easy to use. I like that there are support groups that include other women that have joined. I also like that PJ gives advice and information about exercise and dieting, including info about osteoporosis. So cool!
PJ is very motivating. She is down to earth and real life. I feel like she is very knowledgeable and has very thoughtfully put together workouts that are beneficial for middle-aged women. I usually do not stick with an exercise program but I have stuck with this one because I feel like I am greatly benefiting from it and it makes me feel good about myself. I have already recommended this to several of my friends and highly recommend it to anybody that’s thinking about joining Over Fifty Fitness. I am so very happy that I did! Awesome fitness program and trainer!

Great workout app!
PJ is fabulous! And she’s assembled a great crew. I appreciate that the workouts are challenging (they’re great for any age, really)…and at the same time, PJ gives alternative moves for folks who may be just starting their fitness journey, or those with injuries, etc. I think anyone can feel successful with these workouts - no matter their fitness level or capabilities. I also love how the app is organized. There is a monthly calendar for those who like that structure. You can also find workouts easily based on their length, the body parts you want to work, or the equipment you want to use. They are serious workouts, but with a sense of fun. PJ has a great attitude, and we occasionally get a visit from one of her two dogs - George and Bella - walking passed the camera. :)

Perfect mix of workouts
I love Over Fifty Fitness. I rely on the monthly calendar of work outs to balance cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility and balance. The work outs are fun and include many alternatives depending on strength level, past injury, and work out equipment. I can do them anywhere. I enjoy the chance to use weights, try out barre work, experiment with Qi Gong, return to Pilates, and also get some restorative stretching. I’m 57 and in decent shape but keep injuring myself doing online routines led by 20-somethings. I appreciate PJ’s sense of humor and all the other trainers seem great! Highly recommend this app.

Feeing Stronger Already
Hello! I’m enjoying the Over Fifty fitness app very much. At 65 I’ve been exercising for a very long time albeit not always to my potential. I’d been doing another trainers workouts and while they are fantastic workouts I began finding they were really meant for 20somethings…lots of up and down movements in a short period of time. By the time I was up they were already down! Stumbling onto PJ was a godsend. Not only are her workouts fun they can be challenging. I totally appreciate her explanations as well as her options. Purchasing a yearly subscription was a no brainer for me! Now, onto another daily session of the May Muscle Hustle with PJ. Thank you for doing what you do, especially remembering us older folks!!

I love this app and these women!
Awesome app, so many workouts to choose from and they are all so well done. All of the instructors are very experienced so little chance of one hurting themselves which is a plus. And every workout can be easily adapted for your body, your day, short workouts, long workouts, rotating areas of the body to give your fatigued muscles from yesterday’s workout a rest. This is the perfect app and the trainers are a wonderful fit for me. I love PJ’s swearing and then the apology for swearing. You’re real and down to earth, I love how real u are! Thank you all so much.

Life changing
Like many women over forty- I found myself short on time and getting flabby! PJ changed all of that and this app took it to the next level. She has taught me that being consistent with the right exercises gets you better results faster. Enter Over Fifty Fitness and now I can control how many minutes I have and quickly view other tools to stay on track -like the calendar which organizes strength, cardio, mobility and balance etc! If you are ready to get serious about getting “the tush of your twenties” hit GET and go get it!

Awesome App!
This App has changed my life. I have always been active but I needed to find a way to keep active that was challenging, safe and interesting. Over Fifty Fitness is easy to navigate. It offers a variety of high quality workouts from meditation to advanced strength and cardio. I love the feature that allows you to choose your workout based on time and fitness levels. It has an amazing variety of fitness challenges. I would recommend this App to anyone over 40 that wishes to keep in great shape.

Finally!!!
I am 47 y/o mom of 3 with a full time, demanding job. I am around 215 pounds, so I need something that fits my ability. I have worked out with PJ before and can basically not keep up and get discouraged. PJ and her team have, with this app, met me where I am as a beginner with lots and lots of opportunities to challenge myself even as my ability grows. One of the first apps I open every day
Each morning while still in bed I open the Over Fifty Fitness app to check out the workout suggested by the calendar. It helps me organize my day so I get in a workout when it makes sense around my schedule. I love the way I feel after months of consist exercise. The app makes it simpler to stick with a fitness routine. And I can’t say enough about the friendships with other members that make OFF such a special community. Join us!

OFF gives you a multitude of workouts no matter what your fitness level is. There is variety of ways to choose a workout- by level (beginner, intermediate, etc), area of focus (core, lower body, upper body), with equipment or body weight only. Want to stretch or work on mobility? They have you covered. User friendly interface. You can’t go wrong by choosing to workout with OFF. OBTW- there’s monthly calendars to follow along, and challenges to keep it interesting.
