Description

Overrun throws you into a post apocalyptic world to manage a group of survivors while they are bombarded by attacking zombies in waves. Build the ultimate defense to hold them back. Use grenades, first aid kits, and other useful items to help your survivors while they fight for their lives.

PREPARE FOR BATTLE

A highly contagious virus has infected 99% of the population of the planet. Those that are infected become crazed, bloodthirsty monsters. As the leader of a brave group of survivors, it's down to you to prepare them to fight the hordes of zombies.

Each time you successfully complete a wave, your survivors will scavenge some loot from the battlefield. Often minor items like first aid kits and grenades but sometimes you find a real treasure like a cluster strike or napalm strike. As the waves go by you’ll eventually unlock these items to buy in the shop but it's still a great bonus.

BUILD THE ULTIMATE BASE

Unlock new structures as you progress through the waves and use them to improve your defenses. The undead approach from every direction so you’ll have to make sure you’re prepared for anything.

Each wave you complete rewards you with new structures and items to defend against the horde.

COLLECT USEFUL ITEMS & WEAPONS

Collect Z Bucks from every zombie you kill and use them to better prepare for the next wave. You can buy new items to use mid-wave such as explosives, distractions, power ups and much more. Alternatively you can use your Z Bucks to buy more defensive structures to protect your survivors from the hordes of zombies.

The weapon shop will restock its inventory every single wave, giving you the option of trading Z Bucks for a new weapon or two. Make sure you keep enough money saved up for that rocket launcher or 50.cal rifle you’ve always wanted.

MANAGE YOUR TEAM

New survivors will hear of your accomplishments with the zeds and may want to join your group. They will bring a weapon with them and will often have improved stats when compared to the survivors in your group. Careful though because you can only support a limited number of survivors so you may have to make a difficult choice.

You can also manage your group of misfits by levelling them up to improve their health and stats, giving them body armor, and healing them if they were damaged in the previous round. Doing so before starting a wave will give you a huge advantage as the zombies get harder and harder to kill.

FIGHT THE HORDE

Control where your survivors focus their firepower and move them out of tricky spots while they hold back the oncoming waves of the dead. Use grenades, molotovs and other useful items you have collected to help them fight off the hordes of undead.

Infinite money exploit

Hi, Just so you all know, there is and easy money exploit I found after just an hour of playing. When building, something I did was keeping me from deleting rows of items. Starting with the concrete block first, item visually disappeared and I could no longer select anything else on the ground but could still drag and place items one at a time. Also, the empty space still had the delete and rotate along with the transparent arrows around it. Had to re-open the app to fix it. Simple enough, except I noticed I had gained about 200 in cash. Once I realized I had been mashing the red delete button in frustration before hand, I tried to replicate it. Sure enough all you do is place any item, move and hold one arrow backwards in the opposite direction to multiply it and press either of the rotate or delete options causing the item to vanish. After that, every time you press delete you gain the items cost to ur funds. As the most expensive items are 1250, which you get a simple shotgun turret pretty early either way, you can see how easy it is to get stupidly far ahead with all that money. Kinda broke the game for me honestly cause it looks really good, but I’m already at 1,000,000 in cash with maxed weapons and OP operators. Hopefully this is an easy fix for you guys cause anyone who’s found this beats the game in no time. Not to mention somehow I’ve been able to gain 8 out of five followers, clearly not intended. Well, thanks for making it so easy. lol

So…

I think that you guys have stumbled upon an idea that could change both the Tower Defense field, and the zombie shooter arena (all without going FPS) that is if you guys can work out the kinks… for example- I just got eaten alive in the tutorial because my character was not firing his weapon consistently enough to kill the first wave of zombies, and-even when he did shoot- I had no way of knowing that the shots were hitting the zombies. So maybe a better targeting system?? And I’m thinking that you maybe can add some blood to let us know the zombies are taking damage?? But again this idea is AWESOME just tighten up the graphics a little bit and add a better auto targeting system for your character, and don’t forget about the blood to show us the zombies are taking damage. All those things by Halloween and I see you guys at the top of the most downloaded list

Please fix bug devs!!!

There are two game breaking ones I’ve noticed so far such as the title menu bug (this will sometimes randomly occur-the continue button will not work at all no matter how many times I close and re-open the game the only way to fix this is to redownload which makes you lose all progress||the other bug is the endless loading screen bug-if you get this bug every time you try to “continue or start a new game” you will get stuck in an endless loading screen which again the only way to fix is redownload the game)
This is quite frustrating I really enjoy this game but I do not enjoy losing all my progress a lot I can deal with crashes that’s fine but those other two bugs really need to be fix in the next update please

Massive potential

This game has the potential to be everything I ever wanted. However, it is limited in the way that the waves get so overwhelming that you’re spending so much on healing your survivors that you have no money to build a decent fort, and you’ll never have enough money to build one like in the ads.

Like the title says, this game has potential. It would be far superior if it had a sandbox mode and different maps.

Fun game, too easy

Unless I’m missing something, this game is way too easy. I beat the game with lvl 70ish survivors, and never needed to use any power ups, or spend money to level up my peeps. Even changed the game to ‘hard’ in the settings. One of the levels I didn’t even really watch the game and just kinda mindlessly mashed the start wave button till it got to wave 100. Now I have too much money. I can afford all the best weapons and turrets and traps, so the zombies never even get within sight of my survivors.

There’s also a few bugs. Several of my survivors have suddenly died out of nowhere during the build phase. Or they aren’t even visible and will come sprinting from the edge of the map only to die when they reach the center.

4 stars being a fun free time waster. Would be 5 if there was any challenge to it.

There is Potential…

Game is great… But there are a few bugs. At some point, zombies get stuck and the game isn’t playable. Therefore, I need to restart the wave or the game itself. Also, I have the tendency of spending more in repairs, compared to my wave income. Though, it results cheaper to demolish everything instead of rebuilding since you technically get the cash back. The point of this game is okay…though a bit bland per say? By this I mean that it’s pretty much the same every time and it gets boring over time. Recommendation: -A zoom out feature when controlling the character, since I can barely see the zombies that are outside the camera view, yet they’re still within the weapon’s range. In other words, it’s hard to see zombies that are in a far distance.

Bug making game crash

REALLY fun game and well thought out but I seem to only be able to get it to load for about 10-15min before game crashes for the remainder of the day(had for 3 days with same issue). When reloading after 1st crash bar reaches about 75% after when loading game Home Screen and game will keep crashing to my phones Home Screen. No errors shown just wipes the game and I start over. Attempted to reinstall game and have restarted phone, checked for updates on my end with no resolve. Will raise rating if this is worked in some sort of update or can get direction on how to make this work.

Really good but the zombies keep getting stuck

Ok so this is a really good game; it has potential. But I’m on wave 4 and the zombies get stuck behind buildings and won’t move so it’s very annoying cuz I can’t go on to the other waves. And yeah it’s pay to win cuz u don’t have enough cash to level up your survivors, buy new stuff, and build a really good base like in the ads so you’re forced to buy Z Bucks

It’s ok could be better......

I was having fun playing, but I noticed that around wave 11 and I’m on 14 that the zombies get stuck or spaz out or something I don’t know? But it’s impossible to finish a wave......can you fix this? Also I don’t know if the speed up button is broken to because when I speed it up the zombies go crazy and get stuck behind buildings and I even saw one just stand there spazzing out till I eventually killed it......

It needs better optimization and I think it’ll be good to go.....

To many problems

So few thing I got threw all the levels in a few hours got to about 15 on the harder ones and all the sudden all my survivors just started dying outside the wave and if I healed them the life and armor just kept going down till they all died no matter what I did so no there all dead for no reason what garbage. The game itself on the hardest mode is way to easy and only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I like the concept of free building it’s just to easy to make an impenetrable defense and just have one guy with the alien gun
