PADL Hack 1.8 + Redeem Codes

I could not rent two boards for my wife and I. It only let me rent one board which was a pain. I had to walk back to my RV get my wife’s phone and download the app to her phone then I had walk back again to get my card to put in my card information into her account to finally get her board. By this time 20 min had already past on my board. What a pain. It should allow you to check out multiple boards. What would a family do if they were checking out all 4 boards?

Also I took to long to grab one of the boards and it locked again but it showed that the board was still out. I had to call support and they unlocked it for me.

Love the concept but need to work on the app settings.

The previous reviews about signing up were very helpful. Board and Gear Amazing. Had fun once we finished all the logistics and how to remove the paddles. We assumed we waited too long to take the board down and get the paddles, so we returned the boards, was charged full hour for 5 min and started a new rental again. After figuring out how to get the paddles down, we made the short walk to the beach and had a great time. After all that we plan to email the company and we will Paddle with PADL again.

My membership has more than paid for itself.
I enjoy the convenience of being able to just go and check out a board spontaneously when I have free time, or plan time to take out a few boards and go with my daughters. The process has been very user friendly!

There have been a couple glitches along the way as I learned to navigate the app and the process, but nothing more than a natural learning curve. The couple times I had a small challenge, the PADL customer service was prompt and great.

I recommend paddle to all my friends, and I frequently get an opportunity to tell someone who’s just passing by at the park when I am unloading or reloading the board before or after my time on the water.

Looking forward to them expanding to a couple more parks near me

Unfortunately I was charged the membership fee with no notice. I’m addition sent email and asked for refund and never answered. I was able to cancel the membership but customer service is lacking. In addition last month the app did not show I returned the board and had to email to ensure the return was documented but that they did answer . Lots of app faults and customer service is lacking when it comes to payment.

Does not utilize Apple Pay, so you have to bring your credit card to the beach where there is no safe place to store it (or your phone for that matter.) Tried to rent one board, it did not connect to unlock. Tried to rent a second board and my rental started but the board would not unlock and I was being charged already. Their support option is an email which is not quick enough when you’re already being charged for a service you are not using. Honestly, how hard is it to pay some kid to sit there and rent out the boards? Did this really have to be an app? Not at all.

The product is great.. but app stupid not at all explanatory on how to use service .. needs a lot of work but basic work … just give instructions …!!

How to get board - and how to return in super simple terms ..average Joe..

I rented returned in 48 min time .. replaced went home then got message to return board still being charged ….!!!! Not cool ..

Needs work .. makes people not want To use again if they have to make sure not getting charged for time never used ..!!! I’m sure You understand seems ez to fix .. jist make instructions …. Any kind there were none on your app.. very porly done for such a great idea ..

I can help technical writing specialist .. basically i write directions… u need someone if not me someone ..!!! Good business- you just have zero instructions for average person To use use your services …

This beats me driving with my paddle board to the bay. It’s right on the water so I just hop on the metro mover and go. Thank you for providing this service you just made my life so much easier. I will be a lifelong customer if you guys are around that long.

Really love this app! PADL now has 10 locations to go from, I have been to most of them and really enjoy riding in different places and environments. No need to lug my equipment around any more : )

Very easy to used. Price is very affordable with a membership. It would be great to have one free rent to gift a novice friend.
Looking forward to try all the locations.

Awful marketing, we searched the entire paddle board stand & couldn’t find any prices, so we downloaded the app, made an entire profile TO STILL NOT KNOW HOW MUCH IT COSTS? I hit every button on your app to find out it’s a monthly subscription?! You need to advertise that before people waste their time with your gimmicky, overpriced “idea”… Will not recommend to anyone.
