Full resolution support
I own an iPad Pro so I know my device can support full resolution output. Please add support for full photo resolution. You can have it auto disable on old devices and make it an option on newer ones. I don’t mind waiting for rendering time.
I would like to print my works on canvas and posters and so far your app can’t do this. Please support newer devices by adding this ability. Thanks.

What’s up!? I’m only giving 2 stars cause of the major issue.
I used to love this app when I first started. I used it all the time, but now EVERY TIME that open the app and press the camera icon to make something it totally freezes up and doesn’t do anything. All of the other icons work just fine except the the camera icon to create. I haven’t decided to delete this app, I’ve been holding onto it hoping that someone else would’ve brought this to your attention first because I HATE complaining about anything, but I seriously loved this app and really hope that you’re able to fix this issue because I really don’t want to delete one of my favorite apps.

Great - wish for high resolution
[updated review] FAQ updated. Increased 1 star. Effects look great. App works well. Developers have great responses. I eagerly hope for a full resolution option in future updates, even if it takes time for processing. Thank you for a good app.

Don’t be fooled you have to pay for every image!
This “freeL app for a day is not so free. You can make an picture into a “not so great” painting or sketch (Sketch Me is a better app for this) but to save it you are required to pay $2.99 per image. Not so friendly and not so free. Additionally, the app knocked me out four times, while trying to make the ONE sketch, just to advise that I had no Facebook friends with this app. Who cares?! Then you have to start over again from the beginning, finding a picture, selecting a types of setting (pencil, painting, etc.). I am thinking it’s really a scam to hunt for other people to pester! I deleted the app and recommend you avoid the app altogether and try “Sketch Me” instead.

Save to Photos not Working
I really like this app up until I try to save a picture to my iphone 8s photo Album. When I do it saves a black rectangles with vertical lines. Also when I delete a picture on the app the URL still takes me to it on the browser. Paintkeep keeps my photos online after deletion. Very disappointing. Hope they fix because the filters are better than most. When they do, I'll fix this review.

One of my faves
Out of all my photo apps- this one is my favorite!!! It easily transforms any photo into a work of art just like I had commissioned to have it professionally painted. And if that's not enough I can even have it done right there in the app for me. Really glad I got it when I did. Highly recommended to make you smile.

Awesome effects, but. . .
Love the filters in this app—very different from the other art apps that I have used, especially the abstract filters!
After purchasing the abstract effects pack though, I am now unable to load any photo from my photo library into the app. Nothing happens, no matter how long I wait for the selected photo to download.
This app has great promise, if it would only work correctly. [Yes, my OS and my apps are all up to date, and I’m using the an on an iPad Pro.]

A formerly great app now unusable
I have genuinely loved this app and recommended it to many in the past. Now I can’t even access any of my photos to “paint”. I can’t even get past the page where it expects the user to follow other users. It is very frustrating to me is that the developer is apparently trying to turn it into yet another social media platform. I don’t want to share my photos with the world. I don’t want to follow or see anyone else’s. I just want to enjoy my art photos privately. That is no longer an option as far as I can determine. I’m very disappointed.

Quit Working
I love this app, but it totally quit working and continues to do so no matter how many times I delete and redownload, both on my iPhone and iPad. None of the in-app icons function when tapped. I would buy this app outright (NOT on a monthly fee obligation) but it won't let me do anything. Any help out there?

What a great app. The transitions I can make with some of my photos a just amazing. The reactions I get when I show them to my friends is uplifting. They always say how did you do that.
