I love this free resource based on IFS Therapy. Since the audio is computer generated, it will not work for me.
wasatch ninja,
Very useful
This has helped so much being able to catalogue all my different "parts". You can go in and change things about them whenever you need to. With all the emotions going on inside of us, I can't imagine not having it now. The only thing I would recommend is being able to create a pin to access the app. With all the personal things in there it would make it perfect.
Saar_P,
Top Notch app
I've been stressed out from work for a while now and my therapist suggested to try out IFS. I felt like the other IFS apps I tried out were far too complicated - this one was simple and easy to get, and I'm already feeling better.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, tired, or insecure, I'd say to try out Parts work. It can't hurt I think

Audio doesn’t work
The format seems great with the journal and parts mapping. But the audio for the meditations doesn’t work no matter how many times I’ve re-downloaded it. I sent an email asking for help but didn’t get a response. Without the audio meditations, I’m not sure I would use the app. I’ve heard other people have had the same problem.
Shotrum,
I like the idea
I love the idea of this app. The problem is that it’s targeted towards meditation but I can’t focus on my breath or noticing my parts if I have to also focus on pressing continue to get to the next part of the meditation. Also, the automated robotic voice isn’t relaxing.
I’d suggest allowing the meditation to play as a full video with a recorded voice and music.
