Good Quality
I’m really enjoying this service and the books are very nice. Good quality. I’ve order a lot Of them to keep my photos safe and to be able to be Access them I use them as coffee table books to share with friends or family. The only thing I’ve had any issues with is the app will ask you where you want the photos to come from, when I choose album I put together for a book, It asks by multiple choice of you want to use all the photos in the album, I click YES, but most of the time They never use them all, so something like 14 photos or so will be left out, and I’ll Have to go through to figure out which ones weren’t used so I can try to manually add them in. This is a time consuming chore and can be a little frustrating because you can get duplicate photos and some left out without realizing it. If this was fixed it would be “Perfect!”

God is awesome
I enjoyed being able to choose from my google photos and having the ability to edit remove, replace or rotate to straighten. I believe that this book is my best book yet… Out of the other nine books that I’ve made with Past Book. My greatest joy is capturing the sky and the many colors of the PA Sunsets in the Fall. With PastBook allowing me to put my Seasonal and Yearly photos into these incredibly beautiful, professionally made photo books, I’m not having to hand my cellphone over to friends in order for them to see a fantastical capture I was able to snap. Oh, the colors are awesomely bright and vivid. Pleasantly surprised feeling the card stock photo pages. Geez, I sound like a commercial or advertisement for this book. Seriously, I Thank You for making this product available to me and I thank you for the 35% to 45% discount on every book I put together. 😃😯🙏

I ordered my first book because it was a special introductory offer. I had no idea how to edit at all… just chose pictures and they did the rest. It arrived about a week early and the book was wonderful. I loved it so much, I sat down and started another book (4 actually!) the same day. I learned how to edit and sent my order in. Upon checkout, I got a discount and was told when the books would arrive. The second set of books arrived 3 days early and I can’t wait to send them to my sisters!
When picking pictures look at them carefully b/c if they have imperfections, your book will have them also ( your own fault).
Overall, it’s a great product, the company responds to emails quickly, and the books may arrive even before they are scheduled.

Wedding Album
I am very satisfied with our wedding album. PastBook’s app guided me to pick my album cover and title, and then it prompted me for a cover photo, and to add additional photos, page by page. I was pleased to have a choice to fill a given page with a single photo, or to add multiple photos to the page. The app also permitted me to re-arrange the order of my pages, and to re-orient photos on any page.
The app always allowed me to make changes, along the way. I was able to use my iPhone, to create and order my albums.
Finally, I chose between two album sizes, (I picked their larger 12” X 8.5 “ size) and ordered multiple copies at reduced prices. I ordered three albums, containing over 25 pages each, for a total cost (including tax and shipping) for $110.

Not as creative as computer version
The downside of doing your book on your phone is that the photos are so small to see. Some of the written descriptions did not fit in the spacing so printed version had letters off the printed area. Also, on the app there wasn’t an option to change background color as there is on the computer version. The plus side was it didn’t take as long. Both versions do not arrange photos as downloaded so there was a lot of rearranging. Have always been happy with pricing and printed quality. My last two books had many blurry pictures.

Horrible Customer Service
Pastbook sent my book to the wrong address. I had to call twice to resolve the issue, on the second time was told Supervisor would call me within 24 hours. I never received a call. 1 month and 3 phone calls later, they told me that in order to re-ship the book with expedited 4 day shipping I would have to pay $30!! They are shipping it free and I have to wait another 10 business days. Next time I’ll just spend more time creating my own book with Chatbooks instead. At least I’d get theirs in less than a week and their customer service is a lot better.
Update - was told by agent to confirm my address and they would send me new tracking information. They never sent the tracking, so now I have to call a 4th time.

Still haven’t received my book.
I ordered it January 1st. First, it got hung up because my photos didn’t upload. I didn’t get a message indicating I needed to take any action. I finally inquired and learned I had to leave the app open to upload the photos. It would have been nice to know that. I finally did that and still didn’t get an update of my order shipping. Then I inquired again. They said it was in process. I finally got in the app and learned it was ready for payment. I tried to process my credit card 3 times with an error indicating the payment did not go through. Then I got 3 charges to my credit card saying that it successfully charged me 3 times. So I had to email and try to get 2 of the payments refunded. Today is the 29th and I still do not have my book. I have never worked so hard to purchase something in my life! I emailed them again to ask if I will receive my book soon. Let’s see what happens. 😫

DO NOT USE
DO NOT use this company. Terrible customer service. I placed an order in November, tried contacting them multiple times late December when my order was not received. They would respond here and there, eventually saying they needed to place the order again. A month goes by and I still don’t have my book. I send mutliple messages again with little to no response, just saying “they are still working on it” so I end up cancelling the charge with the credit card company since 2 months have gone by. They randomly send me a message today (about 3 months since I placed the initial order) saying the order couldn’t go through because I used the character “&” in the mailing address so “they will refund me and I should try to place the order again without that character.” No apology, offer for discount or credit, etc. Terrible experience. Never using PastBook again.

PastBook problem
So my experience hasn’t been that good with PastBook. I made a book and ordered 3 books. Right away I started getting 2 to 3 emails a day every day stating only that my order as received. Absolutely nothing about the fact that not all my photos had been downloaded until several texts from me inquiring why I kept receiving these emails. Finally someone told me that all my photos hadn’t uploaded and what I needed to do about it. Well I did what was advised and here I sit in limbo not having a clue as to whether I will ever get my books. Which by the way have already been charged for and paid for
Update: I received my books and I love them. So glad I continued with the order even after having a communications problem. All resolved and would definitely recommend this photo book company.

I have gotten five photo books recently and I love them all. After receiving one from Facebook photos from three years, I decided I loved thee and made more. (This company was a Facebook advertisement)
We do family vacations every summer so I have started making them. I have received the 2022, 2021 family vacations and working on 2019 and 2020. I also ordered the entire year of 2021 and a huge fun trip I recently made, all from my photos on my phone. So easy and while I deleted and cropped some pictures, it was very simple.
I plan on making more including the end of the year 2022 very soon.
