Percentally Pro is a professional data collection app that tracks educational goals via sessions for students with special needs. The scheduling component of Percentally Pro helps special educators such as teachers, SLPs, and OTs to organize and manage student data.
Percentally Pro enables you to create goals in a goal bank, add students and assign goals to them, then schedule and run your sessions. With a minimal amount of setup, you will be up and running quickly!

Good app overall
I really love how convenient and easy to work this app is. Just wish there was a way to keep track of session data all in one place rather than in separate visits which can get very cluttered. I would love to be able to see a graph of progress for each individual goal. Otherwise, great app for tracking data points while also being mobile which is a MUST working with toddlers!

Highly recommended
Percentally Pro was invaluable this year to track session data with mixed groups. I love that I can program in my schedule so that my groups automatically pull up. The ability to export data from specific starting and end dates made writing progress reports a breeze. I also love the beautiful graphs that it generates. I have used many different systems for collecting data throughout my career as an SLP and this had been my favorite by far!

ALMOST perfect
If this would accommodate split screen view on my iPad Pro is would be perfect. I love the live tallying and not having to calculate percentage. One other update I would consider is allowing session data to be exported to excel or google sheets so it is easier to read. Otherwise I LOVE IT!

Time saver!!
Calculating your data daily and during progress monitoring periods took such a long time! This cuts my time for that tedious task. Love it!! And kids don’t even notice what you’re doing :)

App crashing
0 stars. App is making me give 5 starsI cannot access any of my notes due to the app crashing after I made a change in my scheduled sessions. I have tried all options I can find including emailing the company numerous times. I know no way to recover my notes.

I purchased this application, and it looks great! I love how easy it makes taking data.

Lost data
I used this app for a week, and all the data I recorded was lost. Also, it took an unbelievable amount of time to enter goals and schedules, and all of that was deleted as well. I’m not using this app anymore. I tried to contact support, but received no response. I wish I could get my money and time back.

I loved this app until it started crashing. Now that I have spent tons of time entering goals, setting up students and tracking data everything is gone and with the app crashing I can’t access anything.
