How we track your progress:
TECHNIQUE - we analyze your distance per stroke, stroke rate, and stroke index at 5 different intensity zones to measure whether your technique is improving.
FITNESS - we measure your swimming speed in 5 different intensity zones. If, over time, you get faster within the same training zones, that means your training is working and your fitness levels have improved.
ENDURANCE - similar to fitness, we measure your swimming pace in different intensity zones to analyze whether your aerobic and anaerobic endurance improve.
READINESS - using scientifically based models, we calculate the training load of your sessions, providing you with valuable data to make educated training decisions.
HealthKit Integration:
Phlex integrates with HealthKit to provide you with a seamless experience. By connecting with HealthKit, you can easily sync your swimming workout data, including distance, swim time, and heart rate, with the Health app on your iOS device.
