Learn to fly radio controlled gliders and powered planes in this highly realistic flight simulator. You can use it to practise aerobatics, have a lazy fly on a rainy day, or compete to fly as fast as possible in a number of races.
It includes 28 gliders (including some electric), 15 powered planes (including three control-line), a hang glider, and a quadcopter. The simulation includes realistic models of wind flow, turbulence and thermals. You can fly with AI/computer controlled planes too, keeping you company in the air.
The sceneries include a variety of slope and flat field sites. Some are panoramic, with high graphical quality, but a fixed viewpoint. Others are 3D scenes where you can fly in or behind the plane.
It is highly configurable, so you can create and explore new terrains from inside the app, as well as adjust settings such as the wind modelling, aeroplane settings (including size and ballast) etc.
If you've never flown a radio-controlled plane before, you'll probably find it hard to fly at first. Check the support website for a video and hints on how to fly. PicaSim flight simulator won't teach you how to fly, but it can help you learn - persevere and the sky is the limit!

- Improve object editing and plane scaling.
- Graphical improvements. If upgrading on a low-end device, you may need to disable "Separate Specular" in the options if this causes too much slowdown.
- Reduce the wind strength in front of slopes slightly.

Don’t get any other but it needs a STOL airplane.
I have tried all kinds of rc simulators and everything of the sort. I am an RC airplane pilot and drone pilot and there is no simulator that is better than this. It is worth the money and more! The free version is OK I guess. I just wish it had more warbirds and at least one STOL plane mostly the STOL airplane though. **** YOU NEED A STOL PLANE LIKE THE KITFOX**** you can tell the maker actually cares about the sport too. It even says “flying real RC planes is even more fun!” Not the regular guys that just want to get popular with it.

I've tried them all and collect best flight simulators
Not bad, almost "there". Good flight dynamics. Interface for setup is good, but advanced menu overbuilt and tough to learn for most, i'd think. Plenty of landscapes and challenges keep it interesting. No need (really) for such detail, but great to have, if you know what you are doing. 7/10 on playability. I DO keep it around and use it a fair amount. It definitely outlasted dozens of other similar games on my iPad.

This thing is one of a kind! This simulator made me wanna try other facets of RC flight like as slope soaring, flying wings, DLG, 3D and even 4D! Love the challenges, scenery options, plane options and even plane color options! Another feature I’m getting more into is the settings. It reminds me of programming a computer transmitter, love that you can get quick practice at adjusting setting like ballast, trim, and mixes. This should be the top mobile rc flight simulator app.

This is a don’t miss app for your iPad
I’ve had PicaSim on at least 3 consecutive iPads over the last 10 years, and it is still a go to game when I feel like practicing my gliding skills. Don’t for get to select the camera follow mode for one of the best flight simulators on iOS (definitely best for the price)!

Great app
I down loaded this yesterday and it is amazing! I loved the free version so much so I decided to get the 3$ one. You get a whole lot of planes and places to fly. It’s great for training so you don’t have to fix your real one after every crash. Great sim

Best rc simulator for YEARS running...
Will you PLEASE return to this simulator and carry on with its development? PLEASE, I beg of you man! In 4 years now, no one has even came close to a mobile version of an rc simulator that can compare to this one. PicaSim is by far, the best rc sim on the App Store for iPad and it hasn’t even been updated in many years! Please, update and continue working on this simulator. It is the BEST!!! Updates PLEASE.....

Amazing!
This is by far the best simulator for mobile that I have found. It has so many options to tune it to what it really feels like to fly rc. I have just one idea: I love the way the JART M70 glider flies, do you think there is any way to bring in a powered version of it? That would be amazing!

Passenger plane
I’ve had this game for well over a year and I have no complaints. No doubt it is the best economy plane game out there. I do however have one suggestion, maybe you could try adding a passenger plane or more drones? That would be a great addition!

My review of this simulator
This simulator on a mobile device is really good to learn from an early age, and I do have a question about this. Are you planning on adding more airplanes to the game anytime soon?

My opinion on the graphics is 4-10. Because of the texture of the 3D worlds you make. They sort of need better texture. Please add
