It’s... okay
As somebody who constantly uses PicsArt, I was excited to find out they also had an app that makes Gifs. I downloaded the app, and needless to say I’m a bit disappointed. I’ll start with the decent things about it. The overall quality is very good. Everything seems very organized and it’s easy to use. However, I’ve been trying to make Gifs for a while and it tends to skip over photos. I’ll be viewing the Gif over before I export it and I’ll see it skip photos. It’s very frustrating when this happens- I’ve been trying to make a Gif for about a day and every single time a photo is skipped. I have to re-do it. I’ve tried taking photos out, adding in photos at different times, even reloading the app. Nothing works. I also dislike the inability to go right back to your Gif. Once you’ve clicked next, if something is messed up, you can’t just go back and fix it. You’re forced to restart the entire Gif. Overall, I expected more from this app saying as it’s connected to PicsArt, which is a pretty great app.

Good, but could be improved.
PicsArt is my favorite photo editing app so I was very excited to find out they had also done one for gifs. There aren’t really a lot of good apps for gif editing/combining and I find myself using websites rather than actual apps, so again I was very excited. But, sadly, it turned out not to have the features I was hoping it would.
Overall, the app is pretty good, they have the right idea with the gif combing and the filters. Though I do hope in the future they add more features. Like for example; more options for resizing gifs to fit each other and perhaps even allowing users the option to edit individual frames. I’ll be keeping it for a while and hoping for a future update. It has a lot of potential.

Could have been cool
The magic feature is really cool but it's super annoying how it doesn't work!! First of all...it takes you to PicsArt Video app to add the magic effects but once you wait the allotted time it just goes out of whack! It takes you to the home page of the App Store and then it crahes(???) or resets the app to the camera/video selection thing where you start an edit in that app.
And if you try returning to this app, GifsArt it's not there either? It only worked once and I have no idea how. This is very irritating, the feature is very cool but it doesn't operate properly 99% of the time. Please fix it-_-

So when I first downloaded gifts art It was pretty good but there’s not much to do on it. I can’t add a background or anything. the only thing I can really do is add stickers and like right stuff on it. I suggest that you add more stuff to do on it. Like make it so where you can add a background and stuff like that. Great app just need some new things!

GIFS ART IS TERRIBLE
Gifs art is a terrible app I got it and never did anything on it, it’s TERRIBLE like I said it stretches the picture out and it’s hard to use. I MEAN I HATE IT SO MUCH. Who wants to use an app that you can’t even find out how to use. I would much rather edit videos on other apps like pics art or inshot, even cap cut is better. I mean I ABSOLUTELY can’t even with gifs art. It’s such a dumb app. Here’s some constructive criticism:
Make the app easier to use, I don’t like how when you take a picture it’s blurry and moves, it also stretches out the photos, and makes them look weird. If gifs art had more to do with it, like pics art I would probably like it a lot better.

Best option
I struggled finding a decent app to make gifs on and this was by far the best I’ve found. I usually use GIFY but it’s not working lately, so I was in the market for a new app and could find absolutely nothing that wouldn’t make me pay after one or two downloaded, or just didn’t have the features I was looking for.
I would have given it 5 stars but the quality of the gifs could have been better. But over all definitely good enough!

As someone who uses Picsart every day,
I was surprised to see that you guys have a gif maker! I also learned you have a drawing app!
I love that you can easily upload things from one platform to another, and how similar they are.
The only reason I give this a 4 star, is because some of the extra stickers and what not do not load correctly. I’m very frustrated with this, because sometimes I find a really nice sticker and I put it on. And then it won’t play the whole thing. No matter the speed.
But other than that I would recommend this app to anyone who is into gifs and making short videos. The gifs can get long.

I think it’s pretty hard too use because the screen is indeed a bit small. But so far I’ve Had Lots Of fun! I think maybe you should make the screen a little bigger and Add more stickers. Thank you!

Used to be better
In 2018 I used to use gifsart all the time to make edits, but I stopped after a while cause I didn't really need it anymore. lately i’ve been getting back into editing so I redownloaded this app with the expectation that it would be just as good as it used to be. I was wrong. it’s harder to use now and doesn’t really make any sense. it’s definitely not as good as it used to be and that’s pretty sad.
