👍so far I finally found one I can use!!!
𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒎 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒊𝒎 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 lots of different options that I haven’t seen in other apps. I’m extremely new at this and most of the apps I can’t even navigate through to make a gif. This has been pretty user friendly especially for a novice like me. I’m sure I haven’t even scratched the surface as to what this app has to offer? So possibly after about a week of use, hopefully I’ll be able to bump that rating to 5stars and a 100% approval? Thank you so much I am having so much fun so far!

Makes good quality gifs
I like the fact that when you convert videos to gifs, the gifs are good quality. I've used other apps where the gif quality is poor and will look grainy, but this one makes nice looking gifs. I also like that when the ad pops up, the X button on the ad actually works, it doesn't trick you and send you outside the app, and it doesn't make you watch the ad for a while before you can X out of it, you can close it immediately.
I wish you could make a gif longer than 15 seconds, and the feature to add text to the gif hardly works at all. I use a different app if I want to make any other alterations to the gif. But I stick to this one for converting video to gif because it does the best job, it's free, and the ads aren't annoying.

I highly recommend this app.
I’m pleasantly surprised at how much I’m enjoying this app. I’m just starting out, but so far I’m satisfied with what I’m accomplishing. This app functions as advertised, plus, there are no glitches or freezing.
2/3/23 I continue to highly recommend this application. It has become one of my “go-to” apps for editing. Now that I have used this app for some time now, and if I may, I would recommend improving the resolution of edited images (if possible) following the video to gif process. Thank you.

Works as expected, reasonable price
It has a number of convenient features so it does most of what you would want. I’d recommend.
In the future I’d like to see:
1) Edit and combine gif types directly. You can do this when making a new gif with a previous gif, but it’s silly you can do it directly.
2) Re-edit gifs I’d really like to be able to load a gif and redo the frames speed etc.
3) Better pic selection for the gif slide show (2-30). You can’t select a pic twice, and if you need to add something you missed earlier you have to unselect everything. The limit of 30 seems arbitrary and is annoying. Especially since if you make the long gif in reverse order you can append the beginning in front of the previous made part.
These 3 features could be improved, but having them at all is above and beyond what the name implies. Great job!
PS: add a dark mode.

I think there was just a new update or something but when you hit video and try to pick out the section of the video you want, the screen scrolls down and goes back to the beginning page very often. I think it’s supposed to be a feature where you can slide down and go back to the main screen. It makes it very difficult to pick out which parts you want in the video because it’s so sensitive. It was a lot smoother before whatever update just happened. Please consider going back to the full screen. I’m not sure why this is necessary when there is a “X” exit button and a “Back” button.

Great app for making GIFs out of videos
Super easy to use but could use some features.

Made my first video to GIF file
Just wanna let you know I had a blast making my first video to GIF file. It took me a few minutes to get used to the various Tash made with your software but I was successful and I enjoyed the project.
I’m trying my second video to GIF now but I might need to read more of you directions to make sure I’m following the proper protocol.
So far I will recommend this app to everyone who desires exactly what it says creating gifts from videos.

If your having my problem
So I got a problem where I couldn’t save the gif to my camera roll, BUT I FOUND OUT HOW TO FIX IT!!!!! So if you have this issue there are two things I did to fix it (I’m not sure which one is the one that worked) so either it’s because you chose select photos as what it has access to, which may make it so the app can’t add anything to your camera roll, in that case just allow access to all. Or what you need to do is this.
First make your Gif, then save it to album.
Next close out of edit mode and go to your album.
Click on the gif’s send symbol thing.
There should be an other option, click it.
Scroll down and there should be a save image option.
Click that and your done!

Best One I've Found So Far!
Tried 'em all, I think...and every other gif creator app makes it super hard to share on Facebook. I wanted something that was quick and easy way to share videos I created with the Apple Clips app to Facebook. This one has a FB button that when tapped actually uploads your gif to their own server and pastes the URL to Facebook...which is immediately recognized as a gif and autoplays in the news feed! All I needed! Thanks devs...hope this app stays updated.

Why can’t I add my own content?
The only free gif snatching app I could find on the entire App Store that isn’t pitiful and doesn’t require a subscription. I can create gifs without worrying ab copyright bc of the tiny source tag, and I can pull basically anything I can get a link to. Exactly what I wanted. Sadly I cannot splice together gifs previously created by me, but I assume I will find a way to do that with iMovie. Thanks y’all. The only upgrade needed is the addition of text. Far too small and the UI is weird for mobile.
