I love the Picture Keeper ! I have used it on my Samsung Note 4, I Phone 8, and the Galaxy 9 (other than taking a moment to allow permissions, which is sometimes not exactly as directed) it works like a charm! All of my pictures get sucked right in and I can move them where I want. I love the fact that I have an external drive to keep them on besides cloud storage. It only takes the pictures that haven’t been saved yet! Im about to use it on my desk top computer as I have a new one sitting in a box ready to be set up. I can’t say enough about how well the Picture Keeper Connect works !!!
Also, I had to get a type c adapter for the Galaxy 9. I sent an email, got a response within hours, on a weekend. Three days later I had an adapter! Excellent service for an exceptional product!!

Outstanding Customer Service
A lifesaver product for me . Very cool high quality tech solution to your phone , tablet and computer’s need to free up memory from all the photos and videos . Organizes them so it it easy to fine and use .
What’s even better than the product is their customer service . I was having problems understanding something and after a few back and forth emails , I received an unsolicited call from Tony who patiently “ held my hand” all the way through the downloading process and made sure it was successful. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable , and personable .

The BEST
BEST APP EVER!!! I am in LOVE with my Picture Keeper! I am constantly taking photos, I would always struggle getting them off my phone. I tried many different ways! About 2 years ago I received a picture keeper for Christmas. I could not be happier! It is so easy to use. The app never has issues. I can take pictures off my phone and save them to my computer quickly, efficiently and without causing myself a headache! Hands down the best i phone product I own!

What a great idea!!
I’m so glad that I saw the picture keeper on QVC! I bought it immediately. I lost my husband in 2020 and my dog in 2022 and I have so many pictures of both of them that I would just be heartbroken if I ever lost them. Now I have everything backed up I can put my picture keeper in a safe place and know that I’ll always be able to see my photographs anytime I want, on any device I want.

Nice piece of work.
A great asset! A little difficult getting started but once the process was started with the phone off and attaching the drive before restarting the phone it worked like a champ. The memory on the phone was near full but the device was only at 18% capacity after the save was completed. I recommend this to everyone who wishes to avoid the iCloud.

Memories to pass on to my grandchildren
My photos and videos are protected on PictureKeeper. These memories will be passed on to my grandchildren and then to their children. I run them on a digital photo frame to enjoy over and over again and for family and friends to see how the family has grown.
