The app changed for the worse
The updated app no longer lets you read the Penguins “Tweets” / social media without creating your own Twitter account. I enjoy looking at the team’s posts, especially as a game is being played, but the requirement to create my own Twitter account to do so is unreasonable. I have no interest in giving Twitter my information and business. I’m very disappointed in the new policy.

Student rush ticket buying process is a nightmare
If any college students ever wanted to go see a Pittsburgh Penguins game, it is nearly impossible to buy tickets off of their student rush link because of how glitchy their checkout process is. I have tried multiple credit cards, and put dozens of different tickets in my shopping cart, but whenever I go to check out it says that my tickets were already bought. How can somebody buy tickets out of a shopping cart when the whole idea of a shopping cart is to save it for the customer who placed the tickets in there so that they can buy the tickets and no one else can steal them. The whole idea of this program is to generate future season-ticket holders, but why would anyone do that if they will not allow their clientele to purchase tickets that belong to them in their own shopping cart. Try not to waste your time getting your hopes up that you’re going to the game that night if you can’t even get tickets because of how terrible this system is set up. This is the one time I wish there were negative stars because that’s how bad this app and student rush software is.

This is a really nice app to have for all Pens fans out there and it is a super easy way to know the score of your favorite team at all times! As soon as anyone scores this app will notify you so that you are always updated on games. I highly recommend this app!!! Don't mind all the other comments, personally I just use this app to know the score when I am not near a TV to watch. (some other comments are worried about tickets) Overall this is a great app in my opinion, highly reccomend.

Easy Way to Keep in Touch
This is, by far, one of my favorite ways to keep in touch with the Pittsburgh Penguins. I can listen to games, see photos, and watch the feed when I’m free. I’m from the Pittsburgh area but I’m in Montana for school, so the time difference and distance makes it difficult for me to keep up with games. Keeping notifications on is an easy way to make sure I’m still able to follow the games. I’d recommend this app to anyone looking to keep up with the Pens.

Bug fix?
I absolutely love this app! I love the penguins and I just love to be able to get all of the news about them on this app. However, lately there has been a bug where I cannot see the “feed” category on the home page. I press it, but it will not show me anything other than a white screen. Can you fix this please? It was one of my favorite parts of the app. Thank you!

Predict yada yada
I open the app to make a prediction, it prompts me and I hit ok...and then nothing happens..no redirect no noticeable link to make a prediction...used to enjoy the texts. They were easier, quicker, and simple. Now I have to unlock my phone, go to an app, search the app to find this mystical tab to make said prediction, all while being hit with ads and news feeds I’m not necessarily interested in. To be honest, I’m actually quite salty over this move. I understand wanting more traffic on the App Store, more $ for advertising and such but this move is just not a winner. Need to remember the KISS rule. Keep It Simple Stupid.

This app is great 👍🏻. I have only one thing to say. The radio broadcasts and updates during game time are extremely delayed. I love the Penguins and watch/listen to them whenever I can, I just wish that when I’m listening to the radio it wasn’t delayed. Otherwise the app is great and I recommend it to anyone who wants to follow the Pittsburgh Penguins. 🐧 💛🖤💛🖤💛

Predictor is a fail anymore
The pens predictor used to be a pretty fun way to interact with pens. However as the years have gone by the different predictions have declined to the point that this year all it is is to predict who will score first. There are SO many different things that they could have us predict and it’s just who will score first time and time again. Shame, could be fun, but it’s not anymore.

App has seen better days
I remember when Pens Radio network existed on this app giving Steve Mears a kick start to his career and the app was the best in the NHL. Since than it's become a piece of garbage. Of course Pens Radio Network has been long gone for years but now the Radio function doesn't work and when it did it stopped working after the 2nd OT in a 3OT game with a message that stated it doesn't work when the game isn't going on. Hey Pens App developers - the game is still going on when it's in the 3rd OT. Fix it!

Radio Function is glitchy
As an out of market Pens fan, I rely on the radio function in the app to follow along with the games. For some reason, this function has been glitchy the past several months. Sometimes it works fine and other times it doesn’t work at all. Not sure what changed or why it won’t work.
