It’s great
I have had this little device for a few months now, and it works great! For the price you could not hire a cameraman to follow you, so this is your best bet! I would recommend and high would purchase again. I did buy the remote control, but I was able to use the Pivo without it, it is nice to have, but not necessary. I would like to know if there’s a way to turn it off to save the batteries? Thank you, Pivo!

Indispensable Equestrian Tool
If you are a serious rider intent on evaluating and improving your position and the quality of your horse’s movements, Pivo is a must have. I use it daily. It’s affordable and easy to use.
Be aware: if you ride in a school with other horses, it will not stay focused on you. It will pick up and follow other horses, too. There are very few phones that it is not compatible with, but check the list to be safe.

Incredible disappointed
I’ve had my pivo for a while now and I used the old pivo app and it was ok but occasionally lost my horse and me when riding. But this new app has been nothing but problems after problems. It tracks my horses and me amazingly but forget saving videos to your photo or having the app not crash on you. I have all my stuff how the app says it needs to be and it’ll record me but as soon as I stop recording it says not enough space (even though there is plenty of space) and just deletes my video. And forget getting help from pivo themselves. All they want to tell me is it’s my phones issue and it couldn’t be their app.

Need more options for tracking
Great idea but wish there were more options for tracking. Would be great if you could track objects as well instead of just faces, bodies and horses. Recently tried to track my sons basketball game and practice but the Pivo has a difficult time knowing what/who to track with so many bodies and faces on the court. Everyone saw me recording and they all asked the same thing “Does it track the ball?”

Incredibly disappointed
I bought the pivo in order to capture rides on my horse, it does a great job keeping up however the app is severely lacking. Numerous times I’ve attempted to save and lost whole videos, despite having ample space on my phone and all permissions on as they continue to ask in their support group. When it works, it’s great, but good luck saving videos longer than two minutes before the app completely crashes.

It’s ok.
I got this for a Black Friday sale, saved $130. It’s ok, I’m glad I didn’t pay more. Tracking is super jerky and it makes me nauseous to watch the videos. Will hope for improvements. Unsettling to me that there is no way to speak w customer service support, only an email link. Wish this was better 😕

What happened?!
I used to love this app now after an update I can’t seem to find the simplest of things. I mainly used this for doing Timelapse videos but now I can’t seem to figure it out and all the tutorials are about following someone riding a horse… any idea when that would have been related to someone from a city?!

Horse feature removed
My husband bought my Pivo 2 years ago and when the app updated a few weeks ago my horse tracking disappeared. Pivo refuses to help because he can’t find his purchase receipt. Terrible customer service to take away a previously included feature, take it away without warning, and refuse to fix the problem.

Nothing but issues
As an equestrian, I was very excited to get my PIVO. Initially it worked great. After a few moths it was hit or miss whether it would work. Followed all the steps but it is still very unreliable. Customer support hasn’t been any help. How many times can I delete and reload the app? I’m too close, I’m too far. The app just doesn’t seem to work
