Easy Instagram scheduler
The app is a lot easier to navigate than the desktop version in my opinion. I wish they would bring back the grid preview along with all of your current posts on IG, right now it just shows your upcoming scheduled posts in the preview and you can’t get a feel for the full grid look.

Best IG and Pinterest scheduling app - does it all in one place
I am a super visual person (on top of the fact that social media is super visual), so us business creatives need a scheduling tool that is also visually arranged to make it easy to plan your grid and posts. Now that tailwind does IG too I really don’t need anything else. They have made upgrades based on customer feedback (love when a company listens!) and are very responsive with customer service questions. The pricing is also very reasonable even for someone starting out. I plan to use whatever products Tailwind comes up with next!

App has gone downhill
This app used to be a pivotal tool in scheduling posts for my IG. I even purchased their year subscription through the site and changed my IG acct from a creator to business profile so I could auto post. After the last update, I can no longer add my art directly from my art making app (Procreate) to the tailwind app. It says sharing directly to the tailwind app is only for pictures but it’s a picture I’m adding. When I add media directly through the app, I still get an error that the post couldn’t be created but then, it’s created multiple drafts of the same media. This app has become useless for me because I don’t have the time or patience to fight with it to get it work like it should.

At this point I’m starting to get frustrated
I got this membership because I must confess it’s the best but all the sudden all my posts have been failing at first I thought it was the new App just for IG so I tried in many different ways and still failing. My drafts are not being posted and on top of that when I post it manually the app takes days to update what has been posted on IG. I give it a three stars because in the end I want to love this but it’s beginning to get frustrating.

I love the app it makes my business on Social platforms like IG & Pinterest runs so much easier it would be absolutely perfect if when using the desktop version it didn't crash so much however, I still give it a 5 star because it's helped me a lot.

Awesome product
I highly recommend this product. One of the best apps I have for my startup businesses! I love planning, and being able to schedule my posts in advance has been not only a time saver, but I can easily see what I am posting to keep them fresh.

Sorry!
I don’t usually rate anything. However, I downloaded this app 3 days ago and have not been able to make one post successfully. I have a business acct on IG. Yet, Every time I try to post it says I must convert my personal acct to a business acct. it’s incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this app to anyone. I am extremely computer savvy and operate a full digital recording studio on a daily basis, so I should be able to figure out a silly app. I’ve tried contacting the company but have not received any response. I’m out!

It’s not only the easy to use app or all the additional features of being a Tailwind customer, it is also the customer service team that make this app my go to for all IG scheduling. Posts and stories quick and easy!

Not impressed
Posting a video to my story was so blurry I had to delete it and add it through Instagram. Then I scheduled a post and received the reminder and began the process which opened Instagram. The app pulled the wrong picture and lost my entire comment. It has honestly been more challenging using this then just doing it on my own. I didn’t use the paid version and maybe that’s better but it has not been easy to use.

Functionally Completely Broken
The geniuses at tailwind managed to completely break all the functionality for the app, around 9/5, probably by breaking the backend APIs, as the app itself hasn’t been updated for months and months. They will not fix or refund, and will barely respond to support questions. I would question if your data is safe with them, because they seem pretty clueless about basic software development.
