Awesome App. Here’s A Recommendation
This is the best app ever!! It’s awesome how you can make your own extremely custom symptoms, transmissions, and abilities. But i have some recommendations for a future update. I think you should add something new to the World Lab section. I want you to add another button that can say, “Create Country” And when you click it, it takes you to a screen where you can draw a shape and draw lines to separate states and then it puts that where you want on the world map. Then, you can choose a default country name and population. Then, you can choose default air and sea routes. Then, you can choose country attributes, like urban, rural, wealthy, poor, you know.

Overall, this scenario creator is GREAT. Honestly, now! There’s infinite possibilities!
Ony two things I can think of are previews(how much the stat bars are visually affected, including effectiveness) and custom naming(like what the official scenarios do, i.e. sales, happiness, etc) for every gui label, including cure. Scenarios would feel more lively if the game could say ‘Necromorphs’ instead of ‘Zombies’ for something like the Necromorphs scenario, or ‘Things’ for The Thing scenario. (Oh, and maybe editable disease discoveries and zombie/ape-related popups)
Hope you’re considering this, it’d do us good to have the same tools as the devs!

One of the best "games" on the App Store!
A great extension for the main game! You can still use the dlc plagues without having to purchasing them, but you won't get progress or achievements for anything made from this creator, which is a good thing! Testing out the dlc plagues using this app made me find out how much I was missing out on and quickly whipped out my wallet for the plague pack, scenario pack, and the unlimited downloads upgrade! Highly recommend for anyone who is struggling with a disease type and wants to know exactly how it works, or if they want to create their own custom plague! 10/10!

Great but has a few kinks
I think it is a great that I can develop my own disease. However when I edit the shadow plague I can't change the vampire symbol from the Celtic cross symbol, also the vampire flight speed doesn't change no matter what value I put in. Additionally I thought it would be cool to add more/ my own active abilities to shadow and necro plagues instead of changing the original ability. It'd also be pretty cool if the disease colors (Purple for shadow, black for necro etc.) could be changed and edited. Thanks for the cool app to plague inc though.

Love it. But we need this.
I love this, I made a few scenarios, but could you please add the cure to it. I understand that it might be hard to add in, but an easy way would be when you’re done with a scenario, it asks you if you want it to be one where you have to cure the pandemic. Now this is just one way to do it, there could be many ways. But that’s all I want added to it, it’s great already, but the cure could make it better!

Good not great.
I feel like it’s not as good as it could be. It would be nice if I wanted to have an ability that releases polyps in a set location. Or to basically make custom active abilities. If you could add a little more customization to traits and abilities, we could be making our own crazy creative new diseases. I have an idea right now but I can’t really do it because of how it works. Also I wish I could do cross symptoms. What if I wanted a vampire disease without needing a vampire, able to spread clouds but create zombies? I could work all that out and make it fun and make sense if I had the ability for full customization mode.

Incredibly outdated
The creator’s fine, don’t get me wrong. Maybe a little archaic in some places, but it does its job. However, my main issue with it is that it’s outdated and is missing many features that are used in official Ndemic scenarios. For example, renaming or redefining attributes like infectivity? Not there. Locking upgrades due to certain conditions (ala Nano-virus Cure Mode)? Not there. Cure mode in general, the focus of Ndemic for the past year? Nope.
I wish this would be updated because it’s genuinely a good creator, but it’s not up to snuff with present day Plague Inc. Please give us mobile users the same treatment you do Steam players.

The developers of this game frequently update it and it literally allows you to customize everything you can imagine about your plague! I frequently switch between this app and snapchat and everything I do does not get deleted (after the latest update). I would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys creating and customizing things. I could play this for hours trying to perfect every detail about my plague!

Amazing, but...
So. I love being able to create my own scenarios, and all the amazing tools the devs have shared with us. BUT, I have one complaint. Every time I try to edit the names of the active abilities it saves ONLY until I exit the app. Other than that, it is incredibly helpful to aspiring modders and sociopaths alike. This is why it is worth 5 stars AND the three dollars, BECAUSE it's honestly more fun just as a scenario creator than some games I've spent $40-60 on.

Save Mechanic Is Wonky And Other
I regret spending 3 bucks on this. No matter what I do, if I manually save a scenario I make, I still lose work. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong. (I doubt that I am. I keep losing my place no matter the auto save, save, save as or Save and exit) and if I accidentally hit the speech to text feature. The app goes crazy, music dies out, it freezes and then crashes. The developers need to do some serious fixing. Because as I look at this app. It’s not worth spending 3 dollars on especially one that hasn’t been updated in a couple of years.
