Lots of Relaxing Fun
I have been playing San Manuel Casino online since the pandemic hit. It’s been a great stress reliever and great escape. The games are as real as they get. Very satisfying to win. My favorites are the high limit slots. Of all the online casino games out there this is the only one that doesn’t seem gimmicky and fake. Sure, chips cost some money but the joy of winning is worth it. The sights and sounds of the reels keep me playing late into the night on the weekends when there are great sales for the coin purchases. Easy to buy more chips with a PayPal account. No need to input a personal credit card number if you do not want to. Enjoy.

You have to make an account
You have to sign up on their page and make an account with them before you can play this game!! The game does not work when there's a weak cell signal or there's no cell signal at all, nor does it work while in your iPhone is in "Airplane" mode, I have the 256 gb 7plus. The main reason why I got this game was to play it on the plane or in the terminal or having to have a long trip or wait. (also the game, for some reason, has to have a fast data connection for it to work, a fairly fast data connection of at least 25mbps download speeds or 4G LTE data speeds or faster makes the game take a long time to load but on my home wi-if, it is at 100mbs download speed and the game boots right up)

Entertaining......enough....
As far as slot apps go this one is fine...nothing more. They utilize different companies to stream “machines” through and as a result games that are considered “high limit” are often cheaper than “regular” games. No internet connection is strong enough for this app. I always have to switch on and off between cellular data and WiFi which results in interrupted play. It’s often clunky, unorganized and painfully, obviously trying to get you into their physical casino with no tangible rewards for time put into the app like other apps do (at least MLife in Vegas tries). I highly suggest that San Manuel starts offering actual rewards for app slot play. And let me just say it....the wheel we get to spin every four hours... 100-1 million...and literally no one I know has ever hit more than 5,000?! It’s insulting. Set more realistic standards San Manuel. We’d rather not hear how you really feel about us.

Lost more than 528K credits??? Why???
Wrote an email to CS under my main email addresses about not receiving 5000 bonus for a few days. They could find account under AOL (2000) gave them Gmail account which I logged in with Facebook which was the one with my 528k credit. They never gave me a choice of email to use and could see that was the Gmail account was active. SM CS completely closed the Gmail account stating rule you can only have one account and funds could not be transferred. (I was not aware of this rule). Today I only have 640 credits. Three stars is being generous. The worst part could not talk to anyone on the phone or have s Supervisor call or text me back.

Getting Better
The first time I played, the game kept shutting down showing an error, so had to get out of the game, then get back in. The second day I kept getting kicked out as well. Didn’t have problems yesterday. Seemed to be get better after 3 days of playing. Coin price is a too high considering you can’t take the winnings. You might want to consider giving more coin for less. I would consider purchasing credits but not at the price they are currently set at.

I really enjoy the online gaming with San Manuel. I’ve been playing for nearly two months now and I stay focused in on the site for tournament and fun at home. I haven’t experienced any problems. Even though I have other gaming sites down loaded, San manuel casino feels more real then any of the Gaming’s. Play the games. You are sure to enjoy them. Kinda disappointed
During the stay at home order for the COVID 19 pandemic, I was happy to receive an email to download this app to enjoy playing my favorite slots. Unfortunately, the app probably glitches out, claims error in connection and freezes more often than I play. It’s pretty annoying to have to keep closing the app out and reopening to play. It’s not my internet connection because I have very good service and never seem to have a problem with anything else connected. With all the money San Manuel Casino makes, they should be able to have a better working gaming app.

This app has great games and tournaments, however sometimes you don’t get paid for your tournament wins. Also sometimes you enter a tournament and it takes your points but doesn’t register you. It has a lot of hiccups. And no one to complain to or help screen.
Lastly, I have never won any of the higher level amount on the bonus wheel. I have probably spin’ed the wheel 500 times and never hit anything big. What does that tell you? The wheel definitely is NOT Random. This doesn’t make since... this leaves you to believe that you will never win anything big. It won’t allow it.
SM needs to let the wheel “Just be random.”
