Description

"Pocket Cello - Play for real" is the perfect companion to those who are obsessed with making music everywhere they go. Now you can bring your own pocket cello to the party and show everybody your chops.

To simulate the bowing intensity, Pocket Cello features 3D Touch to control the bowing intensity. If your device doesn't support 3D Touch, you can still drag your finger down the screen while playing to increase or decrease the bowing intensity!

You can use Pocket Cello to slide your fingers up and down the fretboard and play it like a real violin, or you can enable the "Snap To Notes" option in the app to be sure you're playing the note in tune.

You can use manual vibrato like you would on a real cello, or you can use the auto-vibrato which brings a more orchestra like professional sound to your cello.

Enjoy!

Open strings
It would be more like a real cello if the notes naturally fall back the on open string notes time after playing the other notes. Also, the interface doesn’t seem to allow a touch and hold a note for it to be played - but requires a tap and release instead.
If that can be updated, it will be a great portable cello practice tool!
A. pup lover,
amazing
I love this game I was reading some reviews about it and some people were saying that you can’t hear and all you have to do is press which note you want and make sure that the white thing is on it and hold this clear thing and that’s all And one more thing to not have adds come up just turn off your WiFi that should do the trick !!!😁

Impossible to play
Don‘t use this app to actually try to play the cello, it‘s best use is definitely for tuning and putting tapes on the fingerboard, you can check to see if you have the correct tone even if you aren‘t a music teacher, professional player, or have been playing for a long time. So I wouldn‘t recommend this app for learning the instrument but you can use it for tuning and finding the correct pitch.

No bow???!?!?
It’s good but there is no bow i guess it’s good for a mobile app. There could be way more to this

Total waste of time for me
Great idea! Wish it worked. This won't make a sound for me no matter what I do. Since the Help had no helpful info, I tried to const app support, and it's only available through Facebook! No one I know with a conscience goes on Facebook any more, and I certainly won't ever again, so this is just a piece of digital junk on my phone. Very sad. I'd have loved to have been able to play at cello on a pocket sized device.
skyVG23,
Works fine, but there is a mistake on one of the notes.
I have been playing cello for 4 years, this app says that the high E on the A string is C, the last note on the A string (on the app) should be a high E. Other than that typo, the app works fine.
pppeeele,
I do not recommend getting this app
Whenever I pressed one of the notes it would not make a sound it does not work even if I put it on full volume it just doesn’t work and if you press the help button it doesn’t work. DONT GET THIS APP!
yall need coffee,

less ads please! I know that’s probably where you get your money but please less ads. like every 5 chords there is an ad.

ADD AFTER ADD
The app is great and all and sounds realistic, but every 11 notes there’s another add
