How Do I Use In-Game Chat?!
Enjoy the game very much. I wish, however, that I knew how to use the in-game chat. Other players send me messages thruout; mostly in Russian.
Also, I wish the game could slow down a little. It gets frenetic, not allowing me time to really assess the strength of my opponents hands.
But I like this game very much! It's the best of its kind! Much better than video poker - lame .

Money disappeared
I’ve been playing poker arena for years now but I’m disillusioned at how my bonuses don’t show up on my account(I do know how to add)!!! Also there is another matter that disturbed me and that I’m missing over 1 million in my account!! I haven’t been playing poker arena for a while because my winnings don’t correlate with what money I had won! I would like to play again but the way it is now, it’s impossible to play! Also your not consistent with payouts, let’s say two players are both holding K’s and one player may be holding a slightly higher card, well it will go either way on the payout? Either one player wins or both players win, it’s never consistent!!! I have written a review about this issue a long time ago but this issue has never been resolved ! Another you get a welcome back moneys and it does not reflect on my account! Can you please respond to this review because like I said I’ve been playing for years and the game is always entertaining, however don’t like how it’s been paying out I feel cheated, come on where did all my money go???? Help!

Played game a couple weeks, all okay. Purchased small pack of chips, OK for a day, now everything (over a million) chips gone, avatar gone, like I just downloaded and have to start over. No response from them. BEWARE

Well my husband told me that I can’t play poker because I am a girl. So I got this app and gave it a try. That was a week ago and now I have a bit more than 300,000 poker chips on my hands. Unrealistic poker
If you want to use live games here as practice, forget it. Typically players go all in with poor cards. It's like playing bingo, not poker. Also, when you are in a showdown, you have only a split second to see the other players cards after the river card is dealt. Very little English is spoken because most players are Russian. The best thing about this app is the practice games that you can play offline.
