Love and hate thing lol
I love the site I love the people and the graphics but there are quite a few bugs I’ve noticed and when you introduced new things there is no tutorial to explain it all how to play the game how to place your bets and still can’t figure out how to get the sludge to work but overall yeah I’m a daily player and probably will stay that way I just be so happy when you finally get to be on a laptop because it’s hard to see this on a cell phone

Brilliant Rip Off
Played online “poker” games for years. The game is so rigged I literally laugh at the draws. Pocket aces, kings, and queens show up in one hand more than once a week. I’ve have 4 of a kind twice in a single session. It is a probability disaster. So bad that they throw billions in “bonuses” every day for the beginning of your play with them. They use a different scale so you think it is a good buy but the chips are taken in a minute with the laughable draws or the players who put a little money in and go all in every time to build their bank buying tables. My advice would be not to spend a penny on this site. I’d boycott. Now for the bugs! They are everywhere and some never fixed but covered up with screens you have to close, and close, and close. Game is fast when you start but slows soon enough, presumably because they have to stop and count their money! The poker based roulette was a great idea, really fun until you track the distribution of hands and realize it is slot machine odds controlled in a back room somewhere in Asia or offshore of the UK.

Game is fun but cards are not random.
I’ve been playing this for awhile and it can be very fun, as far as Texas Hold’em goes. Rush poker is very good for getting a quick fix and playing lots of hands in a short period of time. However, just be warned that the cards are NOT random as too many times there are hands that are just not believable. A boat beating a straight beating a set? This sort of thing happens too often to be random. On the positive side, it makes the game more exciting.
Don’t ever play the Blackjack option as that one is ridiculously not fair nor random. It’s just a good way to lose your hard earned chips.
Lastly, I wish that people would stop the sharing of chips at the higher stakes regular poker tables. There are players who have several trillion in chips and they will go all-in and then fold to the person they’re transferring chips to. I wish the app would try to prevent that sort of thing.
Of course, in the end, it’s playing with chips and NOT real money so I don’t think the app has to be fair or random. And it certainly seems to have too many unbelievable hands when going all-in. So if you want to practice at Texas Hold’em to become a better player, Rush poker is not the way to go.

We are able to invite Friends but then once they are in, we are not able to Message them, however, we have an inbox for messages. Can not figure out how to message my friends. Should be another icon to click next to our friends name to message, unless I am really missing it.

Fair Hand Play.....I Think Not
Like the other reviewers, this game is totally rigged and stacked against you. I’ve played live poker for decades and I wanted to ease back into a game that claims fair hand play, but it’s not. Nor is it fun. I’ve never, ever lost at live play poker the way you lose here. No way, I’ve built up a bank of over 3B in a week and and lost it all in 2 days. Even though it’s just a game it’s frustrating losing with AA, AK, pocket pairs etc constantly. They build you up and then tear you down so you spend money on more chips, because quite frankly the best part of this game is seeing a bank account of billions of dollars but trust me, There are way better poker apps out there. Skip on this one and find a better playing one, you’ll thank me for it

Improvement
Is there any way to have the game updated to where players can have a table to just for them and their friends? Say I wanted to play with just people I know personally, I can start a table for just myself and my friends? I think that would be a great improvement, other than that, I love the app!

App not working
I enjoy playing on this app but it isn’t working properly. Normally the app will just freeze for a moment and then come back up. The last couple of days it’s been shutting itself down and then restarting and now it just freezes on one of the screens to buy stuff and will only allow me to buy something and that’s it. I am highly disappointed with the fact that I can’t do anything on here and I have spent money on it for no reason. What a waste of my time!?! If it wasn’t for all of the issues and wasted money... I would have rated it 5 stars instead of 1

Purchase
I love the game and play it quite often, but unfortunately it does have its faults... for example, I accidentally clicked on purchase, and when asked for my iCloud password I canceled the purchase.... but today after checking my online bank I noticed a 14$ purchase made from “apple pay” the only thing I can think of is this game, as I play no other games where I could have possibly made a purchase. I have not received any extra chips or cards neither.

Zero customer support
I’ve played this game for about 2 years now. Facebook app is super buggy, I spent money in this game. The west Texas game feature locks up and your account gets stuck in this game and can’t even return to lobby. At one point I was trapped in this room for 1 month. Currently I’ve been stuck in this room for 5 days. They steal your chips and there is absolutely no customer service. They never respond or fix any issues that are their fault. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!!! Do not download it! If you do never ever spend any money with them!!!
