Used To Be Great- Server Issues
What happened??? This app has been going downhill on and off for over a year. Are their SERVERS really that bad? Trying to get logged in is almost impossible. Once in 50 tries I get through. Sometimes nothing all day. Update this app or your SERVERS. This is ridiculous!
UPDATE: It’s the SERVERS. Can’t login on 2 different phones, the phone browser or on a computer using a browser

BAD APP/ CORRECTED
This app does not work if trying to add a spouse who is handicapped, with no email address and no cell phone. I tried using my email address (which is where she gets her emails) and it won't process a family member using an existing email or cell phone. Poor programming. Back to the drawing boards Price Chopper............
After much hard work by the developers we finally got my wife's info in the app so I can manage her scripts. Now everything is good with the world. This is a GREAT app and thank you Price Chopper for making this available and thank you developers for straightening things out. I love it.

Easy to use
I really like being able to see which meds are due for a refill and when they are ready to be picked up. My pharmacy hires the absolute nicest staff ever, and I feel like I'm doing my part by using this app. Another nice feature is when you are at your medical appointments it's easy to keep track when you are going over medications.

Fine When It Works
This app is fine if it works correctly. For the past two months, my prescriptions have not shown in the app and I have to call there pharmacy each month to make sure they actually have my prescriptions on file. I submitted a request to the app team to have them review this issue and the answer I received was “your prescriptions will show once they’re filled”. Didn’t appreciate being talked to like I’m an idiot. I reported the issue because I knew that this is not the case. The prescriptions usually show once the pharmacy receives the script from my doctor. Completely terrible service on a mediocre app.

Exactly what it is supposed to do!
I take a number of medication every day and, frankly, I don’t know what I would do without the services of my price chopper pharmacy team and this app. From the exceptional service and obvious caring, to the ability to place refill orders anytime, anywhere, Price chopper pharmacy and this app I have reduced the stress of keeping current with my medications.

Makes refills so much easier
This app has cut down having to call in or put in the prescription number on the phone. Love how you're able to view your profile and see how many refills you have left or if you're low. Overall a very efficient app and would recommend to anyone.

Greatest App
I hated keeping track of my scripts till I started using price chopper pharmacy app. Now i get alerts when a script needs to be filled. One of the best features is I can look and get answers to any questions I have on any script. I don’t ever have to call and talk to a pharmacist. Thank u for creating this app. :)))

Very easy to use
I do like that it reminds me what meds are coming up for refill or what ones are overdue for a refill. I love the text messages saying when the medication is ready for pickup. And tells you how much you owe.

Login troubles
Usually a reliable app, but past few days I am unable to login. I see others complaining of same issue.
Is there a problem to be fixed? Is it the app or something central?

App problems again
What is going on with this app? Every couple of weeks I have problems logging in! 3 days now I can’t get logged in and the last update was like 5 months ago! I sign in and all it does is the is give the spinning circle and then stops and stays on the signin page! Please fix immediately and make it work
