Not enough in sync with the pharmacist
Generally, were happy to have access on our phones to see where things are. Would like more help, too.
If you hide an expired script, will they stay forever? Why not have an archive feature like email apps. Husband and I would be happy to use test and make sure it works successfully. Usability is big in our world because we are both software and doc people.

Be careful!
I want to like this app because the UI is very nice and it’s generally easy to use. Prescription information does update in the app from the pharmacy end.
However, when I try to update info on my end, such as my address, etc. it simply does not register. I’ve tried updating my address several times and it’s always the same.
Also, more importantly, I recently submitted the information for having my prescriptions mailed to me (because the app told me to!) and I got a call from the pharmacy 3 days later (when it should have already been shipped) saying that they didn’t have a card on file for me! Well, I did submit my card info through the app, but most likely, it never saved just like my other information and is floating out in data space now. Very disappointing.

I like being able to see which of my prescriptions are ready for pick up, for each of my family members, and being able to re-order them through the app. I do however, wish that I could send a note to the pharmacist through the app when I’m requesting a refill.

Difficult to Improve
Refilling an Rx used to be a hassle, but now I just click on the ones I need, and the next thing I know, I'm getting a text telling me they're ready to go. Perfect simplicity!

Love it!
It helps that I love my Osco Pharmacy and everyone who works there but this app is great. It is real time info and super easy to use. So glad I moved all of my and my family’s prescriptions here!

Barely works now
Over the last few months the app barely works. Takes multiple tries to get it to log in. Something is wrong with the sign in button.

Awful!
9/10 times you can’t sign in (when you try, you get an error message). Cannot ever refill prescriptions from the “refill from list” section.

Not the best app
Very basic. Does not have an option to cancel auto refill d never asked for auto refill anyway. You need to invest more In a better well designed app.
