I love this app!!!!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

I love that I don’t have to go into the store and hook my phone up to print my pictures I do it from this app it tells me a time to pick up at the Walgreens I picked and there ready when you get there so easy! The only thing I don’t like is that the smallest picture you can get is a 4x6 I wish you could print smaller but of well and you can also put the pictures where you want them before you place you order like if you pictures aren’t getting everything you can move it around to make sure everything is in the picture before you check out all u do is tap on the picture once it’s in your cart

Printing photos from mobile

I love that it’s possible to print the photos right from my mobile device but the app features could use some improvements. When trying to add in the photos for prints, canvas and posters it would be much easier if you could choose the option right in the size category instead of uploading the photo for print and having to upload it separately for a canvas/poster. The picture print quality should be enhanced more so more photos are capable to being put on a canvas or enlarged poster because even with uploaded digital camera photos most of the time the resolution is an issue which is very frustrating when other sites seem to have no problem printing them and are cheaper even. The navigation of the app just needs someone to actually use it to print more than 50 photos and mix the order with other products to understand the hassle it causes to have to go back through thousands of pictures just to be able to make a canvas out of a photo your also printing as a normal photo. The editing of photos seems like there should be so much more to offer instead of just sizing and location of the photo.

Easy to use.

This is easy, convenient and fast, although I wish they offered more size options and an enhanced ability to turn and crop photos to horizontal without losing so much of your picture.
Also, right before Christmas I needed an 8x10. The app allowed me to order it from my specified store, but I wasn’t informed until it was too late that the 8x10 printer was out of order at that store, and although there are several Walgreens in my area, they were unable to send the order to another location (even with my permission). That was a disappointment, as it made giving the gift I had planned impossible.
Overall, a great option for printing your photos—perhaps the ONLY option, now that many stores have discontinued their printing services.

Poor service and lack concern for customer

I uploaded 21 photos different sizes. The app informed that my order was ready. However, I selected pickup on 35, when I got there I was informed that their photo machine hasn’t worked for 2 months. Once I left, I received an alert that it was ready at 51st street. I remind you that gas is $7.00 per gallon. Once I got there it was crowded and lacked urgency, a very nice young man was stocking and he was helpful enough to get the photos for me. I could see that he didn’t have my 8x8 or 8x8, and brought that to his attention. Not to discuss the manager’s Ebony funky and lazy demeanor but but she use my look of disappointment in there ooor service with an attitude As I waited as others were called up in front of me, she never explained any of the issues but that my deep voice a directness appeared to be me yelling. Long story short at this point. I never got my 5x7, 8x8 or 8x10. And I will be uninstalling this app and you will never get to treat me this bad again.

Very easy and convenient to use!

When I downloaded the photo app I was concerned it would be a huge hassle like most things in life seem to be. Although I was surprised for once with how easily I uploaded and submitted my order! I love that I can upload my photos after hours and they will be ready for pickup the next day! I absolutely love that I don’t pay for my prints until I pick them up! I like that I can make sure there aren’t any operator error printing mistakes before I’ve payed for them! Love, love, love!

Do NOT use this app!!

I used this app to order pictures to be delivered to my house and paid for the expedited shipping and they did NOT come in time. I tried to find a number to call and ask for them to refund my shipping fees but no number was to be found. I emailed their customer service support address twice and never heard back. This app shows it’s linked to Walgreens however when I called both 1-800 Walgreens AND an actual Walgreens store neither person I spoke to had ever ever heard of this app and therefore couldn’t help resolve my situation. I did finally get the pictures, but they were 4 days later than when they should have arrived. Not impressed at all and will never use this app again!

Incorrect sizes

Today I placed an order and received incorrect sizes (8x8 instead of 8x10 and 4x4 instead of 5x7). I was told by the store clerk there was nothing he could do and I needed to reorder. So I submitted a new order but the same problem occurred again (I have screenshots showing which sizes I ordered but apparently it is showing up differently on Walgreens end). Both times I was not given a notification that the sizes had been changed (maybe due to photo quality, but if so the app should have given me this warning) and both times the Walgreens clerk told me to resubmit a new order through the same malfunctioning app. Very frustrating. Will deleting this app and not be using Walgreens photo in the future.

Don’t waste your time

This app was very simple to use but very poor quality. I ordered pictures from my phone with this app two different times. The first pictures were fuzzy and I blamed it on the picture quality. I ordered a second batch of different photos from the app and the photos were very fuzzy again. The quality of these photos on the phone was very good but did not reflect that in the prints. I thought I would try a third time and used the same phots as the second time, tried editing them and the quality looked great in the app. But once again the print quality was horrible! When I upload the same photos to Walgreens website and print, they turn out great! I will be deleted this app!

Excellent picture quality and fast delivery

I have used Walgreens four times now for large (8 x 10”) and small (4” x 6”) prints from photos taken on my iPhone 13 Pro. In all cases, the print quality and color rendition was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the photos I took on a recent safari trip which required me to use the iPhone maximum zoom in many which were printed at 8” x 10” and were still sharp.

One of the Best Walgreens

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and it’s the best yet. I really don’t like going to others due to they are not not like this one the people that work at this one are just very nice and very helpful. They never seem like you are bothering them to ask them for help. They seem more than glad to help and go out of there way to help and even ask before you ask most of the time. Thank you everyone for making my shopping there peaceful. Blessed
