2023-07-31
This release improves stability in the Binder by addressing a crash that could occur when attempting to open a document that hadn't finished loading.
2.21.5
2023-07-10
Version 2.21.5 focuses on stability and bug fixes. We've fixed an issue that was preventing annotation layers shared with you from being renamed, as well as a bug that caused some uneditable layers to appear editable. This also includes a fix for the new save status indicators, which were being displayed more often than intended. Finally, we updated the media library to group media by scene by default, rather than upload date.
2.21.4
2023-06-07
We've expanded our typed annotation options to include notes! Note annotations let you add text to a document without it always being on screen, so they're great for long thoughts or pages with lots of content already. Notes can either be attached to existing annotations or added directly to the document using a press-and-hold.
We've also expanded our offline detection in the Binder to make it more clear when annotations aren't syncing correctly. We've added an icon to the toolbar to show your save status, as well as notifications when ProductionPro detects issues saving to the cloud and when those issues resolve.
Finally, this also includes a host of stability improvements, as well as an update to support "Afternoon" as a valid time-of-day while parsing scripts.
2.21.3
2023-05-09
This release focuses on bugfixes and stability. In addition to the usual batch of small updates, there are 3 key improvements:
First, we've fixed a stability issue that was causing problems for some users while trying to open documents in their Binder.
We've also fixed an issue with bookmark naming, where bookmark names weren't being correctly saved and would briefly appear as duplicate bookmarks.
Finally, we've fixed an issue that was causing annotation layer last updated times to update every time they were checked for unsaved changes, rather than only when unsaved changes were saved.
2.21.2
2023-04-10
This release adds three new annotation types: strikethrough, underline, and squiggle! They can be found by doing a long-press on the text highlight annotation tool.
While selecting a source document for annotation transfer, we've added an icon to archived documents to make it easier to identify them. We've also improved our annotation saving process, making saves more frequent and improving behavior when saving multiple new layers at once. It should also improve the reliability of bookmark names.
In addition to general stability improvements, this release also includes a fix for an issue that could cause annotations on hidden and inactive layers to incorrectly load as visible and editable, and improvements to offline detection while documents are open.
2.21.1
2023-02-17

ProductionPro is proud to present: Note Transfer!
Save precious time by automatically importing the notes you’ve made on your script from one revision to the next!

In order to support Note Transfer, we've increased the minimum iOS version required to run ProductionPro to iOS 15.

2022-10-24
Version 2.19.6 improves stability in the Binder by addressing a bug while saving bookmarks.
2.19.5
2022-09-21
We're excited to announce a wave of improvements for annotations!
First, we're introducing support for line and shape annotations. Now you can add crisp, clean lines and shapes to your notes for when you want something a bit more precise than freehand. These can be added using both dedicated shape and line tools, as well as Magic Ink, which converts freehand drawings into shapes.
Second, this also contains a host of behind-the-scenes updates around annotations. This should improve stability across the board, but particularly while modifying existing annotations, which had been a common point of issues.
2.19.4
2022-08-30
Version 2.19.4 addresses several uncommon crashes and improves general stability.
2.19.3
2022-08-03
In addition to various under-the-hood improvements, this release addresses a bug that could cause the connection between the Scroll and the backing document to become out-of-sync. It also fixes a bug that made it seem like users could edit posters in productions where they had read-only permissions under certain conditions.
2.19.2
2022-07-11
Version 2.19.2 adds support for account deletion via the User Settings menu.
We've also addressed a bug that caused shared annotations to remain cached on the recipient's iPad after the layer has been unshared.
2.19.1
2022-06-13
This version focuses on addressing bugs in the binder. Flipping from the scroll to the binder should be more consistent, and existing annotations should now use the same color palettes as the tools used to make them (note that this will only apply to annotations made made using version 2.19.1 or newer).
2.19.0
2022-05-10
Version 2.19.0 introduces Apple Pencil Scribble support on binder documents! In addition to writing directly on your documents, you can now use an Apple Pencil to write into a text annotation and your handwriting will be converted into typed text.
Under the hood, we've addressed a crash tied to annotation saving, as well as one that could occur if someone is viewing media being deleted by someone else on the production. We've also improved performance while loading the media library.
Finally, in order to keep ProductionPro secure and help pave the way for new features, we've dropped support for iOS 11 and 12. Starting with this version, iOS 13 or higher will be required to run ProductionPro.
2.18.2
2022-04-07
Version 2.18.2 contains various quality-of-life improvements, including an updated ordering for tag classes in the Media Library, fixes for issues related to annotation syncing and poster setting, and improvements to document selection.

Version 2.18.1 contains a host of quality-of-life updates for the Binder including new empty states and improvements to load and presentation time.
This build also includes fixes for 2 crashes associated with toggling annotation layer visibility and an issue loading annotations on layers containing certain special characters.
