I can only take one photo before it switches away :(
I cannot take more than one photo before the app switches to video. I click the volume plus button, it takes a single photo, and it switches to the video setting. Either my iPhone 7 Plus is registering phantom volume down clicks (which I see no evidence of in other apps) or the app is somehow lagging. Either way, it really hurts the experience of an app that seems super useful in every other regard.

Great app, a little buggy and doesn’t allow 0.5x wide-angle on “underwater mode”
Using iPhone 12 pro, and the case works GREAT for keeping things dry! The videos are awesome. Sometimes bugs out while in “underwater mode”, where the controls change function (i.e., “sleep” mode records video, “photo” puts the app to sleep, and “video” takes the pictures).
The underwater mode only allows for “1.0x” recording, when you switch to wide-angle 0.5x and then switch to “underwater mode”, the app forces the camera back to “1.0”. Would love to be able to record underwater footage in wide-angle, please!! 🙏🏼💙

Problems with app
I love my case but it was supposed to work for diving and as I descend it seems as if the pressure causes the phone to switch out of the app and I can’t get back in because the touch doesn’t work at depth. So far no leaks into the case but the point was to be able to shoot my dives. On the app i have found no way to keep this from happening. Any advice or app update would be helpful.

Amazingly good!
I used the ProShotCase case for iPhone 6 on a recent snorkel trip. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the video. I find switching between modes a little hard to read underwater. I could not figure out from the tutorial how to use the zoom feature. Proshot’s technical support team did help me out.

Great addition to iPhone
Used the camera case on a recent trip to a Mexico, and case worked wonderfully. Got some great pictures! Much easier to use than go pro. Easy to set up and easy to switch functions while under water.

Could you guys add a flashlight feature because every time I record it’s to dark and a flashlight feature would be spectacular please but anyway proshot is the best Proshot for Life

Excellent waterproof case and app
I have used the case and app on 2 vacations so far with extensive snorkeling and diving. The app has worked perfectly. The sleep mode really helps battery life allowing me to get through the day.

Turns phone into a heater
Tried it at home and within 20 minutes the phone is as hot as I’ve ever felt it. Battery damaging app. Also seems buggy. Can’t seem to get any of the other functions working besides photo, sleep, and video. Can’t adjust zoom, front to back, or anything else. Sleep doesn’t seem to work either, and the phone kept getting hotter. PLEASE HELP!!!

Not a good start
Just downloaded the app and started exploring the settings and within a couple of minutes, the back of my phone physically got too hot to hold. Closed the app and it immediately cooled down. Tried again a few minutes later and got the same results. Now, I’m hesitant to use my new underwater case if the app causes my phone to overheat and potentially damages it.
