11. Changed 3.5-minute pre-dive leak analysis pressure guage titles from “Low Pressure” to “Keep pumping”, and “High Pressure” to “Too much pumping”.
12. Removed Portrait (Bokeh) setting.  Caused app instability and potential for app crash.
13. Removed Dual Lens from Lens Setting Menu. Caused app instability and potential for app crash.
14. Removed Photo + 3 Sec. Video setting. Caused app instability and potential for app crash.
15. Added map location to photo and video file meta data. The location can be viewed in the iPhone's Photos app file information screen. Location is not available when shooting underwater.

cds bassman 72,
Absolutely loved this until I upgraded to v.2.2
I have had this housing for 2 years and it is ridiculously easy to use. Used my iPhone XR until recently and recorded some incredible photos and video. Puts the GoPro to shame for ease of use.

2 days ago I upgraded to v2.2 and now it consistently crashes. More to the point, the pressurization window no longer comes up when I connect to Bluetooth so I can’t properly waterproof the housing when I insert my phone. It went from a dream to a nightmare in a matter of minutes. I should note that I recently upgraded from by X to a 13 but it was working fine until I updated the app. Please fix any bugs so I can get my housing back before my next dive trip!

Camera no longer taking photos, but taking videos
I’ve been using the SeaLife camera housing for 5 months with my iPhone 7+. Now suddenly the camera function in the app has turned itself off. The phone still takes photos fine but the SeaLife photo function is simply not responding. This happens even when I use the app by itself without the phone being inside the housing. The camera icon remains grey and unresponsive. I can’t find any reference to this problem in the helpline and no human being to contact. I’m very disappointed! Best regards Penny Johnson, Barbados. Update - the iPhone 7+ needs to update to iOS 16. However iOS 16 is only available for iPhone 8 and upwards so I suggest the Developers either change their software to accommodate iOS 15 or change their advertising for this item. Once this is done, I’ll change my Star rating to 5, as my experience with the equipment prior to iOS 16 was fantastic. I thank them for taking the time to respond to my issue. Penny Johnson, Barbados.
2nd update: the Developer has indicated that they will change their advertising, so I have gone ahead and changed my rating accordingly.

_Ripcord_,
App freezes - Don’t try to scroll through pics/videos too fast
So here’s the typical scenario. Meet in the morning to go diving and you want to show someone a pic or video you captured the day before. You try to scroll through a bunch of pics/videos fast to get to what you want to show him/her. As you are quickly scrolling, the App freezes and you’re moments from stepping on the boat. The only way to fix the problem is to close the app and power cycle the housing; therefore, you can’t use the camera on this dive or dives until you get back to a dry place to open the housing, close the app, power cycle the housing, restart the app and then reseal the housing and wait for the pressure test to complete. This has happened to me twice in 3 days of diving and has happened several times before.

I was about to invest in a Sealife tray, lights, etc since the iPhone 12 Pro Max takes stunning pics and video, but with an app that doesn’t work properly, I am now researching other options.
Old Diver Dennis,
Results with Vesion 3.0
I’ve just returned from a dive trip using v3.0 with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I took over a 1000 underwater photos and had no problems using the Sport Diver app. With the latest version I was able to shoot in ProRAW and could take 48 MP images with the wide(main) lens when at 1x zoom. I gave it 4 stars only because there are still a few enhancements I would like to see implemented in a future version. I would rate it 5 stars for reliability and stability. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my results using the Sport Diver app.
Olivia Seacamp,
Very user friendly- easy to use
I am an avid scuba diver and luckily able to dive all over the world. I am very much an amateur photographer but the SportDiver case is perfect for me! iPhones take great photos too. This app works very well with the housing too and user friendly. I have not had any issues connecting with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have probably done almost 100 dives using this app and the housing too. I have been able to capture some really incredible moments with the app and housing.
OneBagVoyage,
Please add Volume Up / Down Shutter
Hello folks from SeaLife,

I have been using your app these past couple of days and by far it is the simplest to use which allows me to have full control over the camera. Being able to adjust EV, WB, Tint, and record in RAW while on the water is great. What I like the most is that it AF on its own without me needing to tap the screen. Right now I do not have the budget to buy the housing that is designed for this app and I am currently using another one. The struggle I am facing is that when I start to go further down the pressure makes the plastic on top of the screen make contact which then touch features are “lost” and I am not able to take pictures with the app. If you could add in the settings the feature to turn off or on the use of Volume Button for shutter there is no other app I will need to use for UW photography than SportDiver.

Keep it up!
Nelson
OobubblesoO,
Good but could be excellent
This sportdiver app works well. It feels pretty sturdy and worked for me for the most part but there are some much needed improvements that should be worked on.

First and foremost, we need access to the 48mp camera on the iPhone 14. This should be at the top of the list.
Second it would be awesome to have access to the Prores ability when recording videos.
Third, we need to be able to toggle between lenses more easily. Right now on the iPhone 14 you have to go into settings and manually toggle between them. For a company so invested in getting underwater photography right, this feels like a huge miss. Marine life moves quickly and if you can’t get the shot you want fast, you loose it.

All in all a good sturdy app. Please give it some love to keep it up to date with the most recent hardware updates.
ScubaJoJoTX,
No photo ability
I have been using an iPhone 12 with my underwater housing and it has always worked wonderfully. However, today I was unable to take photos, only video. I looked at the troubleshooting and made sure that the iOS was current and it is (16.6). The Sport Diver app is version 3.0. I have restarted the phone and it still does not allow photos. The regular camera app on the phone takes photos just fine. Please help!!
agpenko,
Sport diver
I love my sport diver housing … I loved the Live Photos (photo+3 second video) the new update to 3.0 took that away please bring it back !!! Or lie me know the work around I have had about 6 people purchase sport divers over the year because of the things we can do with it and now my favorite feature is no longer available.
iLonghorns,
Love this case, but.... where is the Zoom!!!
Just received this case. The feel is great quality! Doesn’t feel cheap. Would like the zoom to actually work(iPhone 12pro). But other than that really loved the feel snd ease of use.

Update: through great and quick response I learned lack of zoom was user error.

Moved to 5 stars
