My mind loves to overthink at bedtime. I use it very often. I use it in the middle of the night after waking and having a hard time going back to sleep also.

Rarely do I remember what step to made it down to in the story. If I make it to the end I will restart the app just to keep my mind on something else besides life or work.

I wish I’d known —before purchasing additional meditations— that there were going to be mentions of God. It’s difficult to find guided meditations that don’t turn religious, and I was thrilled to find something that I initially thought was just going to be inspiring and up-lifting. So I downloaded two more meditations. And one of them has completely unnecessary mentions of God; which seriously ruined the whole thing for me. I was curious about quite a few of the other meditations but I’m not interested in spending money on something I’ll never use because it needlessly invokes religious iconography.

I don’t find her voice to be relaxing at all. It’s not very smooth and she talks very fast. I like them more smooth and slow relaxed sounding voice. I find it to be more soothing. This is not

Well, It's too soon to know if it works, but this app is so amazing!!! I have terrible chronic pain and used to wake up in a lot of pain. The last few nights I have slept better than I have in 14 years and I woke up feeling really good. I highly recommend this app Even if you're not looking to increase/open your intuition. The only issues I have with this app, which are so minor they don't even take a star off, are: 1. There is no help section, but I sent an email to the authors and they responded quickly and were very helpful. 2. You have to reset your parameters every time before each session, but this is only mildly irritating and I hope something they can remedy in an update or something. I have had such great results with this app my husband even wants to try it and he's not the least bit interested in his intuition!! So buy it, this app is worth is worth your weight in gold just for the healing/relaxing benefits the intuition is the cherry!

It gives you one session, and is mainly focused on relaxing not intuition. Plus her voice is very nasally and obnoxious.

I originally purchased the meditation app because I wanted to try it. I was intrigued when I saw this one on intuition and have been using it for a few days and have already had a number of vivid and unusual dreams. So not sure yet about the Psychic Power yet, we'll see what comes of the dreams but it's definitely doing something. Also I have a lot of trouble sleeping and this is helping me sleep much better and much longer. I use it again if I wake up too early. The effects are still absorbed is you listen to it sleeping and that certainly seems true in my case. I highly recommend this!

I love this program. Ive had it for a long time and never had any technical problems with it. Her voice is wonderful, soft,feminine and accented. Its well written, well read, comforting and lovely. I have tried a Lot of hypnosis programs on CD and on itunes apps. This one is one of my two top favorites. Even if you dont need to be more intuitive, theres much value here. Sometimes I use this to help me relax at night and go to sleep. I also find it helpful to listen to mid day if Im sleep deprived, cranky or feeling "off". Its like a meditation break, and I come back feeling restored. If you like female narrators and accents, this is for you!

I have been wracked with stress for years, and have tried meditation, yoga, etc on and off with limited success. This app is awesome - after listening at night before bed a few nights in a row, I began to feel calmer, happier, and more motivated to take control of stress management in my life. I listen before falling asleep each night now, and the results are palpable. I feel happier, less stressed, and have been able to gain greater focus in my day to day life. I'd recommend this app to anyone. Definitely worth the price, for me. Cheaper than a class or retreat, and super easy to use. Great stuff.

Now let me explain that. There are a few apps by this developer and they're great! Inside each one is a store where you can go and buy more hypnosis programs. This option is wonderful because I'd rather have as few app icons as possible. However, if you buy a program in one, we'll call it a parent app, and you have another parent app, the purchase isn't available in it unless you buy it again. If the developers would change that one aspect, these would be the perfect meditation and hypnosis apps and I'd have all my friends using it!
