Puzzles n Conquest
I been laying this game for years it sure be nice if the upgrades for castle n building didn’t have to use so much rss it makes the game so long and sometimes boring there very little gold n iron in tiles for gathering making it months to gather and years to be able to upgrade any building you definitely have to spend lots of money to get ahead that the only thing I don’t like is to spend money on games the most I would spend be $1.00 it takes a long time to get build up and might higher I been play for three years and still like playing it but sure be nice if it didn’t have to cost so much rss to upgrade . When there’s only level 7 iron maxed at 80,00and gold at 20,00 takes two hours of gathering for these small amounts and so really not worth the hassle I use my diamonds to get my rss sometimes. If you have patience then this game for you if you don’t have patience and no big pay check then not for you ..

What happened to the game?
It quit working. I lost all my gems. Are you serious?!?!?! I took time away, because I had major shoulder surgery. I come back the game wasn’t working. Is this how you treat people? I had a lot of gems that were lost. All it does now. It keeps doing. It’s loading. When you have major shoulder surgery. You have to take time to heal. I am still not at 100%. I am well enough to play now. I had my rotator cuff torn in 2 places. Massively torn that is. Bone spurs that had to be cleaned out. Massive amounts of scar tissue that had to be cleaned out. My humerus bond was pushed in. They had to pull that out, and re-position that back into the original spot again. Then I had a torn bicep muscle that was torn over 50%. They had to repair that as well. It took over 3 weeks just so I wouldn’t be in anymore pain. I still can’t sleep on my right side right now. I am still going through physical therapy as we speak. My major shoulder surgery took place on November the 16th of 2021. By the time they cleaned everything up. They took part of my clavicle bone to replace my rotator cuff. Because there’s nothing left of my rotator cuff. This is why. I stepped away from the game. Why is the game not working? Please tell me that. I need an answer. You know what. Save the trouble. If this is how you want to treat people. Perhaps, this is where. I need to just delete the app. Just say. Good riddance permanently.

Terrible game lag
The game is fun and addictive, but there are many issues that makes me just want to quit playing. Game lag after reset is terrible. Game freezes non-stop, anything you are trying to do in game is not responsive, what usually takes a second takes a minute instead. This lag used to last a few minutes after reset, but it gets longer and longer, now it lasts 2-3 hours after reset and it’s almost impossible to play during this time. For those who live in US and like to enjoy your sweet evening time after work playing I would not recommend this game, reset is at 7pm Eastern time, and you can’t play normally this game until like 10pm. I have complained many times about this issue, and I’m sure many players did, but it’s useless, game developers just don’t want to invest a little fraction of the money we spend on this game into purchase of a new fast server.
There are other issues like game chat for example. You can’t type in words containing combinations of letters like “sm”, “ice”, “game”, and other, which makes it hard to communicate. You can’t type in words like “small”, “nice”, “working” etc.
Overall, major issue remains lag (freezes), and it’s getting worse and worse, and ridiculously long, and doesn’t look like they are planning to fix it. I am considering quitting since the only time I can play (evenings) I can’t play because of game lag.

stands out from other similar games
I’ve played a lot of ‘level up your kingdom’ type games, but this is probably my favorite. The match-3 gameplay in the battles makes it more interactive and there are new events constantly. Usually, these types of games hit a block eventually, where it’s hard to make any progress without paying. Puzzles and Conquest doesn’t really have that though. It’s easy to level up and continue playing even without putting tons of money into the game. There are lots of different features, so you never really get bored. The one thing that makes it hard for me to play for extended periods of time is the fact that I can’t play music on the same device while the app is open. It’s a fun game though and I would recommend it. :)

Great game, could use some tweaks
I have been playing this game for about a month maybe a little longer, it is a great game to this point. However, like any new game it could use a few tweaks. First, there is no explanation about anything, you just kind of learn and guess as you go. Would be great if they added some how-to’s or explanations of what some things are for or how to obtain certain things. Not entirely for f2p people, as it would be super slow to gain some good hero’s if you don’t buy anything. Bigger alliances can come down and attack the smaller weaker ones with no limit to how many times you can be attacked. And because of that, many small alliances have trouble growing and becoming strong enough to defend themselves. You have to gather resources constantly to be able to do anything. There is no way to search for certain level/specific resource pits. You have to just search the grid until you can find something decent. All and all it’s a great game, I’m literally playing all day everyday.

A little ridiculous
I like the game but it’s a little ridiculous when the bosses wipe you out in just a few hits, don’t get me wrong I know you have to level up or evolve or even enhance but that takes to freaking long to do especially when you have to beat bosses to do so, I’m on chapter 7 at the 6th round i run through all the monsters and get to the bosses I unload everything I have only to be hit 3 times and all 5 of my people are destroyed, that kills the game, I’m not gunna get into what levels my characters but will say there not low level characters, it’s unrealistic when it comes to upgrading I mean 16+ hours just to upgrade your castle where’s the fun behind that, if I have to spend real money to get anywhere faster well that ain’t gunna happen I’ll just delete the app and won’t waste my time, the beginning of the game was fun but I’ve quickly realized this is a go no where fast kinda game and loosing interest quick. You gotta keep people interested if you don’t nobody will stay and play.

Fun game play
I’ve tried half a dozen other RPG games but puzzles and conquests beats them hands down. It is a lot to learn, yes. But that forces a player to rely on alliance help and cooperation not found in many other games. Your alliance literally can become your family with deep bonds and generous help shared by many hands making each quest that is overcome a victory for all no matter the size. The designers are tirelessly improving, tweaking and adding new aspects to the game and improving the appearance for a better experience and greater appreciation of each new and harder quest that you overcome. Keep up the great work in maintaining and improving this game and I can see my 2 years of gameplay stretch out into the future of many more years of new friends, awesome quests and wonderful lands to conquer!

Too hard to keep up
I have been playing way too long and I enjoy the game but mostly play for the people. I get that you have to add new things to keep it fun and keep people engaged but at some point you have to give f2p players a chance. There have been no upgrades on basic stuff like lord lvl or lost land in over a year and I know people who have played over a year who still don’t have basic heros. Eventually you need to make it so people can earn them through events or something so they don’t get so far behind and decide to quit. Stop putting so much into new kingdoms and keep the ones you already have alive. You are spreading people too thin and ruining the game. At least close some kingdoms and let people move to repopulate others before everyone decided it’s not worth it and quits.

I started playing this game and have enjoyed it until fairly recently. The “kingdom chat” has now been taken over by a majority of one guild but also a couple others that feel it is ok to constantly type racist and homophobic slurs, gross sexual comments, and even verbal threats of sexual assault. Multiple complaints have been lodged by multiple players with screen captures from different times and from different people.
Unfortunately it is the entire chat that is taken over so no other people can try and participate in that part of the game. They also send private messages and harass anyone that want to chase away from the game.
The developers response to the different complaints was “ they have been muted” which was completely not true and it continues still. Just be prepared to be offended and attacked on a personal level of you want to play this game. Developer failure!!!!!!

Beware highly predatory unethical game structure!
I was having a great time, spent money generously, etc. until I realized that the developers encourage you to buy lots of resources, where as a new player you exist purely to be a meatbag for higher level players to raid for loot. Nearly 100% of your resources can and will be stolen, and virtually your entire army permanently wiped out. Nothing prevents a higher level player from hitting you repeatedly so quickly that you cannot even pop a shield before they wipe you out even if you are online when it happens. Nothing encourages fair fights. The game is designed to have lower level players preyed on. Then when you are wiped out it offers a small amount of recovery for cash only. Since you buy resources for real money and wait times are long unless you pay, their business model is essentially built on stealing your money. Hard pass. Shame since it was really fun for a bit.
