Great content terrible app
This app is almost unusable. The idea is fantastic but getting the app to perform correctly is a challenge. Please update asap

Customer Service MIA
App keeps telling me to download newer version, but clicking the link sends me to the App Store, which shows that I already have the latest version. Otherwise, the app itself is satisfactory, but that’s not even the major problem. When my trial was ending (you have to guess when that is because they don’t tell you anywhere), I unsubscribed on the website BEFORE there were any charges on my credit card and promptly received a confirmation email. Nevertheless, my CC was charged LATER that day for the next month. I emailed their customer service (no phone # on their app or website) and requested a refund/reversal. Almost 48 hours later, still no response from them (it wasn’t a weekend) and the charge went from pending to full. It’s not worth my time to file a claim with my issuer, but I advise everyone else to not bother with them at all.

NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP
I love that this app has all kinds of videos, but this app is so terrible. Sometimes the app doesn’t even show the videos it’s just a blank screen. Sometimes the video will freeze. They’re all types of problems with this app and it makes me sad bc all I want to do is watch some jazz 🤦🏽♂️

Laggy, freezes
The content is exceptional but I can’t get this to stream consistent video for more than a minute or two before it freezes. The audio stream continues for a minute or so with exceptional quality but eventually cuts out as the frozen video doesn’t prevent your device from entering sleep mode.

Fantastic content, app is buggy.
Greatest content but app is very buggy. For example, every time I open app, it says there is a new version. I have the latest version already. I have tried deleting the app and doing a fresh install, still get the same error.

I still put up with it because I’m a music lover. Ya’ll still got to fix it though.
I mostly listen to Jazz, Indie, and electronic music on it. They have a wide selection of it.
The audio quality is great. The video quality is great to; 1080p and higher depending on the decade it was recorded.

Looks great but unusable so far
I was very excited to find this, but so far it’s been completely unusable. Screens freeze, even while changing pages, and NONE of the concerts will play. I hope it gets fixed because the Jazz world needs this.

Love the concerts! The app is a little wonky for a paid app, but I’m wishfully thinking improvements are on the horizon.
