Perfect Companion App
I have been a die hard user of RAD Mobility products for years now. At the same time, the downside to having such a flexible and broad set of recovery tools is remembering all of the best ways to use them. This app is perfect for closing that gap. Just identify a problem area and it will tell you what tools to use and how to use them correctly. It also has plans that can help with general maintenance.
The only complaint I have is that the app navigation sometimes makes it difficult to find your way back to certain pages, but this is only a minor inconvenience.

Post workout game changer!
I use the videos and my RAD tools (I’m looking at you, helix!!) before and after rock climbing. I have found that I definitely recover faster while climbing, but also feel better in the days after I use it! The videos are broken down into sports/body parts to use the tools and it’s so easy to pick and choose what I want to focus on. I have also been doing the relaxing videos while at work and it makes the day much more enjoyable. Love it!!

Using RAD tools for athletes and private clients has made a huge difference in how they feel and are able to perform. After years of instruction integrating RAD tools is what is changing the people I work with as well as my own personal practice. Just what I needed
Always knew the basics of rolling with my RAD tools and foam roller (quads, hamstrings, IT bands, back, etc) but this blew my mind! There are so many other muscles, ways and areas to roll - I’m addicted. I like searching by body area usually but am going to start exploring the playlists by sport and lifestyle next.
Videos and navigation is great - ways to understand and use. Would highly recommend!

Amazing app for self care
I love using RAD tools for my workout recovery and overall self care and this app is SO helpful for me to stay consistent! I love the categories of tools/body regions/general uses. Being able to personalize & save playlists for different activities or recurring pain makes it extremely easy.

Could use some work
The app itself is very hard to navigate. Finding what you’re looking for is to difficult. Certain icons are very low quality. Scrolling is awkward/doesn’t feel natural. Really feels like an app that was slapped together in a weekend. Organization is a nightmare coupled with all the navigation issues(I.e. scrolling, lack of gesture support, and confusing titles). I’m honestly just disappointed in this app. I really like the product but learning how to use it was part of the deal and this app is borderline unusable. Please fix it.

I love this app!! I’m a certified RAD Mobility trainer and ask all of my clients to use this app with their RAD tools. It’s super easy -just click on a body part that you wish wasn’t feeling sore, tight or restricted and let the app show you what to do to feel better. This is a must have app for everyone’s wellness routine and it’s free!!

Mobility, recovery and flexibility play a huge role in my training process. I really enjoy the benefits that RAD products provide and this app helps me find new positions to try. I’m always looking for ways to help flush my body and recover faster. I like that you can choose your sport and body part. This app does the trick.

Won’t Let Me Create Password
The 3 stars is more of a neutral rating as of right now. I want to find out what this product can do, however, I am trying to Sign Up and when entering a Password it says “Sorry. Password should contain min 1 upper case, 1 number” when I am doing exactly what it’s asking. So, please fix this bug and I’ll be happy to move forward trying out the app.

Ridiculously overpriced
I’ve never left a review like this. I bought 2 times this company makes from a local spa which they highly recommend. You’d think after spending about $100 in products that the company would want to educate people on how to use them for free.
Boy was I wrong, you should be ashamed of yourself for wanting $400 more out of your customers to teach them how to use your products.
