Now you can take the exercises that you love and put them into your own custom routines so they're all together in one place. You can then add the custom routine to your calendar, setup notifications and the reps of the exercises will be progressed as you go through the routine.

So take the exercises you love from doing the DMT or other routines and put 'em together into your own favourite routine and schedule them as you see fit!

Life changer
As a moderately active 66 YO (age 73 in ROM years) with multiple areas of chronic musculoskeletal pain I have tried it all. PT, chiropractic, NM massage, stretching, intervertebral injections, spinal decompression, prolo therapy, anti-inflammatory drugs and pain relievers. I respect the professions that offer their help- they just never worked for me. I admit that I am new to this program, and have not fully explored its content- yet. But so far, there are some things diffrent about this program that give me hope. Coach E: he is very articulate. No words are wasted, yet his direction is fully understood. This kind of efficiency is rare. You choose the techniques that are relevant to your issues. Again- efficient. The techniques are short. There is no way you can’t do one or more a day. While I have only been doing some of the techniques a couple of weeks, I have experienced some small but definite improvement in my ROM. I have hope that this program can allow me to continue to hike, hunt, and remain active for longer. Any age will benefit- but if you are a little older and have chronic pain, you should explore what this program has to offer. MM

The best app and a friendly nudge!
I know I need to work on mobility and I am a longtime follower (and recommender) of Eric’s coaching. This app improves his valuable programs even more. As Eric does so well, each movement/technique is explained as a video shows it clearly. The assessment of mobility is the basis for the recommended movements/techniques for each individual. Much better than an off the shelf routine.
It isn’t possible for me to set a hard schedule to perform the movements/techniques. This app however tells me it’s time to take a few minutes for them. Even if I don’t stop what I’m doing as soon as I receive the message the reminder is there to get it done. The app also gives a pat on the back comment when I complete the work. That’s nice, too!

Rom Coach is the best!!
Eric and his team are so knowledgeable about how the body moves and how to make it better when it doesn’t or is painful. It’s so different than anything out there. His routines not only get to the root of the problem to fix issues but strengthens and allows better mobility overall even when there is no pain or problems. These exercises and routines have helped me so much!! I have been doing dental hygiene for 30 years so I have a lot of issues. Everyone should give it a try if they want to get stronger, have better mobility and range of motion for the long haul. Rom Coach is the real deal not just a bandaid!
Not what it seemed,
Free trial gives somewhat of a false impression.
I did the free trial, taking the assessment. 6-7 “routines” were recommended as well as a schedule to perform during the week. I felt coached.

Well this is not exactly what happens in the purchased app, but having said that, once I realized the differences and became more familiar with it, I feel my review was too harsh. There is a choice of many well-explained and demonstrated “routines” at varying levels of ability, but it is up to the user to choose and schedule which routines to preform. I was expecting more coaching as demonstrated in the free trial.

Still, I am going to stick with ROM Coach. The routines really do zero in on a movement issue and I am seeing results. I do recommend this app, but again it is a bit more hands on than the trial implies.

Wow! Finally
I am 61 (65 in assessment) my life has always been so active. I have tried everything to deal with my increasing arthritis and decreasing ROM which leads to increased sadness and discouragement. Less than 2 weeks ago, I started just a few minutes a day of recommended mobility exercises and tune ups. I am hard to impress and come from the health care industry. I am AMAZED at the progress already! Cancelled my orthopedist appointment today! This is doable, encouraging, educational, technique-focused, and results driven. Coach E, you have begun to change my life! What a gift!

Love this app
I was out of shape, injured from lifting heavy weights at the gym, and was vaping, within a week of using the free trail I signed up for a year membership and can already feel the effects. I’ve (almost) quit vaping, am running everyday and feel like I’m on the way to becoming the strongest I’ve ever been in my life. I’m 44!!! Can’t say enough about these exercises doesn’t matter old or young do this for yourself.

Improvement I didn’t expect!
I have been encouraged by the exercises. I saw signs of improvement in small ways. It was and is easier to get down to the floor and up from the floor. I have back problems with pain and scoliosis plus one xray said spondylosis. If you could give options for the Jefferson Curl or others like it it might help us folks with more mileage on our spine. Just got the app after a webinar with the founder.I want to try it out in hopes of recommending it to my students. So far, I’m finding it friendly to set up and use. If practically does it for you! Assessment, reminders, exercises- manageable and doable. Got my first little ROM workout in and am looking forward to more. I’m gonna recommend this to everyone!

NONE BETTER
Dr. Eric knows the body like none other. His technique and this app is a game changer to heal any kind of muscle imbalance or injury. As an older(51) competitive tennis player, frustrated with being injury-prone, I am learning to incorporate these shortest of exercises to improve my overall ROM and strength. Key is to follow these slightest of movements and not rush through. Big thanks!
