i bought the razer kraken kitty wired headset because for whatever reason razer doesn’t make the BT headset in BLACK- only pink 🤮 and then i bought the apple lighting to usb camera adapter which allows me to use the headset as headphones with my iphone(12pro) and to my surprise the ears lit up as well! however, razer apparently doesn’t know or care so this app doesn’t work to change my ear color even though the adapter allows the headset to be used with the phone...... ☹️ and that’s lame.

This a review of the app and only the app. When attempting to pair it to the headphones, it cannot find them via Bluetooth. Even after deleting the app and restarting my phone, re downloading the app, rebooting my headphones, and attempting to connect, no luck. Seems like 99% of the poor reviews are to the simple fact that this app is inoperable. The RGB customization was a cool feature that made me want to purchase this headset however, without this app, that feature is useless which is sad. Razer, I see the last update was shipped more than a month ago, is there anyone maintaining or even monitoring this apps functionality. This needs to get addressed ASAP because I’m pretty sure this RGB feature is somehow accounted for in how this headset was priced. Please don’t let us down, FIX this asap.

I was really excited to get a new pair of Razer Kaira Pro headphones since it had an app to adjust lighting and sound. I couldn’t get the headphones to connect to this or the Razer sound app. It had the latest firmware, I restarted my phone, headphones and tried to connect and it didn’t work once. There is a reason why this has such bad reviews because it doesn’t work. I see how diligent the company is to apologize for the bad reviews but they should spend that manpower to fix the apps to make a better experience for those that buy their products. My review is of the app and not the headphones. The headphones did connect to my Xbox as well paired with my cell phone via Bluetooth but why have an app if it doesn’t work?

I just wanted to let everyone know that these headphones do work with this app. They instantly connected. They allow you to change the color and what frequency you want it at and what brightness. I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to since I’m using these headphones with my Xbox instead of a computer. But they work!!

At first I tried downloading the app on my phone but the keyboard I was trying to customize wasn’t there. I then realized that you have to download the app from the Razer website on pc. Make sure to download the app from the Website instead of the App Store.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to change the RBG colors on my headset and I was finally able to with this app! It looks so cool and I couldn’t be happier! I took one star away though because it needs to have a wider range of Razer products. But if you have one of the two headsets, this is definitely a great app!

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Like lots of other people I’m finding out, I bought the wired black kraken kitty headset since the BT is only in pink 😒 Bought the adapter for my Apple products and Nintendo switch only to find I can only change the colors of the ears on my actual computer since this app only syncs to Bluetooth. Only lights up green on my switch and my PS4. So disappointed in buying this product now and trying to return if possible 👎🏻

I just downloaded this app and was able to connect it to my Bluetooth Wireless Kitty Headphones and the LED lighting is working on my iPhone 13 Pro! Thank you so much! I hope it continues to work with no problem!

Was so excited to connect my huntsman keyboard to my iPad and change the color, but it only works with Bluetooth devises even though the keyboard is perfectly connected to the iPad and working fine. I bought the keyboard for console playing and to use it on my IPad for uni, so i will never be able to customize the colors or anything about the keyboard. I’m so sad… If i could give the app 0 stars I would!!

I bought the hammerhead pros as I like to play Diablo and I could use them as hands free while at work “the light would make it obvious something is in my ear.” I have downloaded every razor app I could find “2 of which couldn’t even see the headsets. I can make my iPhone see the headphones and connect but the app won’t and I can’t even turn the lights on for my headset wasted 200$
