Woahhh!
So I was with my moms friend Netty and she has anxiety. She walked outside to take a breath and I saw her outside. So I walked out there and she explained how she was feeling. I told her that’s the way I feel too when I have anxiety. I told her everything was ok. Then she wanted to look up apps to help her with stress and anxiety. Then we found this and so far, I’m in love!! It really helps. And right now she is perfectly fine because of this app! Thank you!!!!

The best breathing app for anxiety
I have horrible anxiety and this has helped me stay calm and focused I do the exercises multiple times a day and feel,great afterwards. I can't say thanks enough has changed my life. Never would have thought for a minute that breathing this way could do so much for your overall wellbeing

So easy
Very easy to follow directions. Good to have a voice telling you what and how during the meditation. Good that the sounds are loud enough on the breathing that you don’t have to look at the app, helping to relax more. After trying alot of other relaxation apps, so far I like this one the best.

Life saver!
This app helped me with my depression. It calmed me down immediately the first time I used it. The soothing, female voice of the meditation, relaxes me. Brings me to a calm state of mind. This app also relaxed my whole body. When I’m depressed, I shut down every now and again. This helped me when I was in one of my shut downs!

This is the best!
At first I didn’t think it would work, but me and my friend did it and it was amazing I didn’t realize how tense I was and how much anxiety I had at the time and now I do it every night before bed!!This is the best!!!

Loop feature
Just wish we can do a looping feature. I’d like to have it longer than 60 minutes sometimes to maintain my calm during anxiety.
