Description

RePT is a minimalistic app for logging your progress in the gym.
It was mainly built upon a Reverse Pyramid Training routine written by Martin Berkhan.
But after a lot of feedback, I decided to make it more customizable. 
You are free to customize RePT to work with whatever routine you want!

RePT includes some really sweet features such as:

Workout Logging
Workout Timer Notifications
Warmup Helper
Workout Rules and Patterns
Plate Calculation
Exercise Notes
AMRAP (As many reps as possible)

Brace yourself! Besides the new logo, I've packed this release with a few neat features that you might appreciate.

- Modify anything!
Want to add a few extra workouts to your routine? Or leave RPT completely? No problems!
You can now modify the amount of Workouts per week. Modify each Exercise in each workout. Every set in each Exercise. Every warmup set in each exercise. And much more! Make sure to checkout the Workout Rules page found under Settings, if you'd like to customize your workouts.

- More reps!
Once you've finished a set and tapped the set button, a "+1"-icon will pop up and help you increment the rep count for that particular set.
Very useful in those scenarios where you've managed to do more reps than you've planned! And those scenarios are very common, right? ;)

- Exercise list
Create and modify all your Exercises in one list. Checkout Settings -> Exercises to create your special exercise and even add an image to it if you like.

- Exercise Notes
Make notes while you're exercising in the app! Your note will then be carried on to your next matching workout and you'll be able to read your previous note.

- Haptic Feedback
You'll notice a short and subtle vibration when tapping the set button. Useful when being somewhat dizzy after lifting heavy!

Easy to use
10/10. Easy to use for leangains programming.

An additional feature I would like to see in the future is to be able to adjust the incremental weight formula. Only because some exercises like pull ups on the machine where you offload your weight, is inverse to the way the math works here. A small inconvenience that I work around with just writing a note of what percentage of my body weight I offloaded.

Overall the app is a 10/10 experience. Downloaded it and don’t look back.

Excellent app
Easy to use. Workouts can be modified. The statistics function is helpful. First week using so I don’t know if it adjusts your weights and reps for the following week, because that would be very effective. I’m not sure it drops the weight by the correct percentage, but I’m still learning about RPT.

Glad this app was made
After reading lean gains it was nice to come across this app that does all the math for me and tells me what plates to put on. It would be nice if I could change the workout days by switching A and B day. It would also be nice if the warm up sets had a timer

This is THE reverse pyramid training app. I makes it extremely easy to keep track of the weights you need to do. It even tells you what to put on the rack. Fantastic app.

A simple, straightforward app that makes following a reverse pyramid training program easy to follow. After trying several other apps, this is the one I’m sticking with.
