Revl Experiences + Camera Hack 2022.3 + Redeem Codes

My husband recently purchased the footage from our roller coaster adventure not knowing the footage would be edited and the original sound/ raw footage would be covered with music. I was a little disappointed but after an email requesting the original footage without the music, they got back to me in less then 24 hours. I was so pleased with how quickly we received a response from them over the place we purchased the package from which still hasn’t gotten back to us. I really appreciated the customer service, efficiency, and desire to find a solution to our request. It’s not on the app, they disclose that the videos are edited but the place we purchased the package from did not which is totally misleading. So thankful they were willing to give us the original raw footage which is what we intended on purchasing in the first place. No hesitation, no delay. So amazing!

I’ve been using the Revl app and camera for a few months to create and share my skydiving videos. It saves me hours of editing video and GB’s of memory on my computer. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to edit footage. This product rocks🤘

The electronic stabilization on the camera is all wonky and I can’t recalibrate the IMU from the app because it says I need to do a firmware update first. But there seems to be no way to do this. The only place that even mentions “Firmware” is the “Firmware Version” spot in Capture—>Settings, but tapping on it does nothing. The website has no informative technical support information, and everything on the zendesk site is pretty rudimentary. It would be great to be able to use my camera as it was intended.

Otherwise, the app seems to work pretty well in capture mode but I’ve experienced repeated crashes running iOS 14.4 on an 11pro.

They’re junk! Not worth the time or headache let alone money!! Extremely disappointed with this horrendous company! Some of their mounts dont have a hole or loop to attach the leash too, and the clip on my camera broke causing it to fall into water where I could t get it back. After going back and forth with the company the best they ever offered was a discount to buy another one. There’s no chance in hell I’d buy another one for nearly the same price as the original ($400), when it literally took about 2 years to get the first one! I had the thing for a month and their customer service didn’t care and eventually started blatantly ignoring me. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY and they do not deserve to be in business!!

I’ve been trying to download videos from my skydive for the last two days. But the REVL screen is stuck on “Your experience is being processed.” This is the most difficult and ridiculous app ever created. Just because of this lackluster app, I will never go to Skydive San Diego again (who was just as useless when I called them for help!) Guess I should just enjoy my videos for the next couple of weeks before they’re gone forever. Oh, I did manage to text the videos to myself, but the access to them expired a day later. What the hell? I paid for those videos!

Greatest place that there could possibly be to skydive. Exceptional employees, great place for family and friends waiting. So professional and courteous. They have the most amazing view for skydiving. Thanks to all of you!! Hope to see you again soon. 🥳🥳

Chris is the consummate skydiving professional. He did such a phenomenal job. He cares about his customers, worked to make it a unique and individual experience and because he is so good at what he does, it helped everyone on the plane stay calm. If you want to try tandem skydiving, ask for Chris!

Mainly by the stabilizer that no other camera has, the image quality plus the software that makes your own video taking vital signs, speed, height, more edited moments, is the best product that there is in the market without any doubt. Congratulations REVL certainly better than GoPro.

Love that I can see my speed and gps route, along with other things.

Camera controls work great. Downloading is fast. Like that i can keep “moments” on my phone. Editor needs more work, but hey it works. Looking forward to more updates.

The hosts here are top notch. The way the videography is set up and just the way they do things in general. For my first time they were very understanding and comforting. I would definitely recommend Piedmont skydiving.
